Exactly what I wanted - a sturdy, mobile table for my laptop
I got this table to use while relaxing in my lounger in our game room so I can comfortably play World of Warcraft and browse the internet on my laptop. I'd previously used a lap desk, but I wanted a free-standing table not reliant on my lap. I'd looked at some smaller laptop tables, but wanted ample room for my mouse and whatever else, so I thought a table like this would be a great option. Overall it went smoothly, but there were a couple things I thought would be helpful to point out.PackagingThe table was packaged well and the table top wrapped in plastic to protect it. All the hardware was packaged neatly and numbered according to the instructions. There were two straps around the box to keep it secured, but you could tell people had lifted it by those straps so they had cut into the box slightly. That didn't appear to cause any damage. My only packaging complaint is they screwed the mounting bracket through the plastic so I had to loosen the 8 screws to cleanly remove it.Assembly & InstructionsI assembled this myself in a leisurely 30ish minutes. Some of that time was spent getting tools and petting dogs. You will need a large Phillips head screwdriver, 10mm wrench and they say a 16mm wrench, which I didn't have in my wrench set, but I used a 5/8" wrench successfully instead. I thought the instructions were very well written, easy to follow and clear. I included photos of the instructions so you can decide for yourself. The only assembly challenge I had was in step 5 - the holes didn't align properly. So I loosened the nut in step 4, adjusted the bracket and everything lined up. So maybe wait to completely tighten the nut in step 4 until you've ensured those holes are lined up.Lift MechanismIn reading the reviews, I was a bit worried that any time I barely grazed the table, it would pop up and fling my laptop across the room. That is not the case, fortunately. I can bump the bottom of the table pretty hard, and it only slightly moves up in small increments. If you open palm the bottom of the table (like waiters hold serving trays) you can slide the table up. It's not the smoothest action, since the lift rod keeps it from flying up, but it's not bad. I set my drink on it, pushed up and was fine. Nothing wild happened. The lowering lever is easy to use (especially when installed correctly). I'm starting to get arthritis in my hands and have somewhat poor grip, so it's nice to be able to use this lever with ease. Lowering is very smooth and simple.SturdinessI expect to rarely have more than my laptop and mouse on here, so I'm not super concerned about a weight limit, but pressing down on the table, it feels sufficiently sturdy.QualityStructurally, I think the quality is great. It didn't take much to put it together and it feels strong. The table top does have some small chips around the edges where it was cut and I imagine I'm going to wear it down more by resting my arms on the edge. If it gets bad, I'll just wrap it in a PVC countertop wrap (like from EZ FAUX DECOR, which we used in our kitchen). The wheels are pretty basic wheels, nothing fancy, but they work great.SizeThe tabletop measures 15x30 inches. I can comfortably fit my laptop and mouse with room to spare.OverallThis table is exactly what I wanted. It was easy to put together, it's easy to use and it's very sturdy. I'm so pleased with this table and recommend it for anyone wanting a reasonably priced, decently-sized, roll-around table that fits nicely around furniture. I hope this was helpful!

Sturdy, Nice Finish, Easy Assembly
These are great tables! I bought one for when I had back surgery. They are extremely sturdy, with a nice finish on the top. The wheels can lock and it holds a good deal of weight. I loved it so much I bought my husband one. These are our new nightstands! The directions are a little confusing, but once you get what they are trying to say, its pretty easy to assemble.

We appreciate the quality
Well made and easy to assemble and very handy. We like the wheel size which makes the unit move easier on any surface. We also like the ease in which the table top moves up and down.

Get your tools handy - it is worth it.
I took photos of my journey putting this table together and accidentally deleted them. SO, forewarned by previous reviews, I knew I had the tools - I thought I did.I am a senior woman who doesn't need a man to fix it or put it together. I have tools. My husband has tools I don't have, and we have my father's tools, so I have pretty much everything.Find the Youtube video of putting the thing together. They don't go in the exact sequence of the printed thing.I was a little apprehensive about it all from other reviews but except for some minor stuff it was easy.FOLLOW the video. Do a step. Put it on hold. Do next step..............then when you reach step 7.....two BOLT Sleeves into upsidedown Base and then position two BOLTS (12)..........I stop there because the two BOLTS (12) that I received certainly fit, but one had angles where you use your wrench. ONE was completely ROUND. no wrench would do doodley with that. In the list of included parts they do NOT say one is round and one uses a wrench.Again, the bolt fit but I had to search through all the tool boxes in our garage for a tool that would LOCK on a round bolt so I could screw it in. I promise you that if you do not have such a tool, it would be easier and faster to take the bolt with edges to the hardware store and buy another one . THAT was my only hangup. I could have built that thing in 20 minutes by myself except for trying to find a tool for that one stinking round bolt that I didn't anticipate and wasn't mentioned in the included instructions or the video. A mistake? I think not. Someone was having a bad day and decided to toss that in for fun.SO. Put together. For $50 it is sturdy enough and rolls well and the brake works well. It goes up and down easily. I am super pleased and I do enjoy a challenge (and this was) because it keeps my brain active. Thanks for the challenge DRIVE folks. I had a glass of red after that.
