Does have a slight salt taste. Very mild. U can add as much or little to taste. Does help with my headaches and leg cramps. Helps me to drink more water.

This product does exactly what it is supposed to do. Price is Fair. Easy to use. One Important Note....Honestly, as others have stated, the Taste is yucky, but I just take a quick capfull of the Lytes... then immediately chase it down with a glass of wonderful cool water. Problem Solved and my Electrolytes are absorbed. Taste no Longer an Issue! Go ahead and have something delicious now or take a bite of an apple or whatever, to leave ya feeling refreshed with a good taste. All in All, Excellent Product and I will purchase AGAIN.

Everyone complaining about the sediment in the bottom NEEDS TO READ THE BOTTLES LABEL! this product is excellent and is the best electrolyte drink ive had to date. Just wish the price was more reasonable. I live in south west Florida and deal with 100° on a daily and have notice this really helps me with my electrolyte and water intake. I wish they had larger quantities and a fairer price but besides that it's a great product READ THE MANUFACTURERS LABEL ABOUT SEDIMENT IN BOTTLE BEFORE NEGATIVELY COMMENTING. ITS LITERALLY IN WRITING.

I really like the simplicity of this product! I add a cap full to my water bottle every day and I just feel more hydrated!!

Ok so these electrolytes are QUALITY y'all! They do such a great job with hydration and are so clean, and I love that I'm not spiking my blood sugar when I use them! I've noticed that I cramp so much less after working out, and I actually use them throughout the day in my water to help with my energy, focus, and overall health.The Reason for 4/5: ok, it says a capful per so much water, I would at least double the water because when I tell y'all I nearly spit it out the first time! It was SO salty (as it should be I guess) but I wasn't expecting it and I need to warn you - dilute it as much as you need to be able to use it!! I also added some lemon and other fruits to help mask the taste because even diluted I have a little bit of a hard time. I've gotten much more used to it but it was a shock at first, and definitely took some adjusting after using all the sugary electrolytes for so long!

I use a capful every morning to prevent leg cramps at night. Works really good. It’s pre-mixed and add it to water.

The best electrolytes! I keep them in my water every day! I can tell if I forget them - and I miss them. And they’re tasteless. Win win.
