Essential Oil Diffuser, Anjou 500ml Cool Mist Humidifier Aromatherapy Diffusers with 7 Color Changing Night Light for 12hrs of Continuous Quiet Diffuse Aroma (Wood Grain Light Brown)

We have a small diffuser but it only lasts two hours. Often, we would like the aroma to last hours longer. After researching larger models, the Sparia is highly regarded and is sold at Williams Sonoma, other high end stores and Amazon, too. We first ordered the Sparia yet it’s $80 price is daunting. Please see my photo of the Anjou and Sparia together. Which is best? Read on to compare:CAPACITY / HOW LONG BETWEEN REFILLS:The Sparia holds 300 ml, or 10 ounces of water. It will last just under six hours. The Anjou takes up no more space on the shelf but since it is taller, it holds 500 ml (17 ounces) and lasts 8 hours. For my wife and I, the larger capacity of the Anjou is an advantage. We can let the Anjou run all night and rely on its really useful auto shutoff feature, too.Larger capacity diffusers like these two are also ideal for business settings such as salons, spas, and boutiques. Having an eight hour run time for the Anjou is an advantage in a professional environment because it won’t need to be filled twice in a day.EASE OF USE:Both are easy to fill. Simply drop your favorite essential oil. Seven to 10 drops is perfect for us. The controls on the Anjou are a bit more intuitive to use with three runtime settings: 1 hour, 4 hours, and 8 hours. With the Sparia you need to click through more button presses to select runtimes that max out at 6 hours, but its really no big deal to set it. Both models benefit from using distilled water. A gallon from the grocery will cost well under a dollar and can be stored for months. Tap water will do in a pinch yet you will need to clean only occasionally if using distilled water.LOOKS / AESTHETICS:Both are attractive yet we truly fell in love with the organic and soothing wood finish of the vase design of Anjou. It’s not real wood but you would never know it from even a foot away. It looks like a gorgeous hand-turned wood vase and evokes peace and tranquility. The Sparia is also attractive but in my opinion would fit in well in more specific types of interior design. It is a purely modern design yet the Anjou would match well in more traditional or transitional interior environments, too. The Sparia top is ceramic, and thus heavier to fill and move as well as breakable.LIGHTS:Like our small diffuser, the Anjou lets you turn its subtle ring light off, or have it rotate a celestial spectrum of alternating colors. You can also leave the light on without the color show. The Sparia does not give color choices other than to have the white light turned on or off.CLEANING:With regular use of distilled or purified water, cleaning is something you will not need to do often. Just unplug the unit, fill halfway and add a teaspoon of baking soda to the tank. Let it run. Optionally, you can add a slice of lemon to the tank allowing a great smell while disinfecting.WHICH TO BUY?These are both five star units yet my wife and decided we greatly prefer the Anjou. Design is purely subjective and I would be happy to have either one of these on our dresser or living room shelf. But we LOVE the soft and organic Anjou design and only like the angular look of the also attractive Sparia. In everyday use, the Anjou is easier to use and longer lasting. Both have great build quality and we don’t see the value in spending more than twice as much for the less versatile Sparia. Thus, the Sparia is going back and the Anjou has found a happy and harmonious home with us.Thank you for reading through this long review. Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  There is literally no noise coming from this diffuser. The oil you use may last up to three water refills and it’s the easiest thing to use. I love using this product every day and I love that there are two options on how much aroma you want released. This lasts many hours and I use it once a day. This is my first purchase and I am absolutely happy with it. I’ve had it for 3 months now and it’s also really easy to clean :)

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I absolutely LOVE this diffuser!!! Its whisper quiet and works like a champ. Has a large chamber that lasts 12 hours. The small glass piece rests on top to prevent condensation from dripping down the unit, otherwise you'd have a puddle after a while so its important to use that part correctly. I love this machine so much that I bought two and they are perfect! One in the bedroom and one in the living room. I recommend using only pure organic oils.

This is my 2nd purchase of this diffuser. It's by far the best one I've had. (I have 3) It's whisper quiet. It runs a loooong time on 1 fill. It has a little tube inside the water reservoir that holds the essential oil. It allows the essential oil to slowly be let out instead of the oil floating on top the water. When the oil floats on the water it tends to be used up 1st before all the water. The last few hours sometimes you'll have no scent but just water diffusing. This one is NOT like that because of the tube its gradually released. It's really the best..I plan on getting rid of another diffuser and purchasing a 3rd one of these.. pay the little extra and get this one. You won't be sorry!!

I got this for my wife who’s friends have been trying to get her into essential oils. One of them gave her a small bottle to try but all we had was an old vaporizer that took up half of her dresser. This thing is nice and compact and takes up maybe a quarter of the space the vaporizer did. It doesn’t take a lot of water to fill it up and with just a little bit of the oils it puts out a lot of scent. My wife has been using it with her bergamot and citrus oils when we head to bed and sets the 8 hour timer, it’s usually still 1/3 to 1/2 of the way full when we wake up. I like the 1, 4 and 8 hour timer feature. It also has auto shutoff if the water gets low but we haven’t had that happen yet since she refills it each night and uses the timer. The light is nice and not too bright which I was worried about. It doesn’t keep us up or blind us when the other lights are all off. The ring lights up and the body has a very soft glow from the ring. Overall we are really pleased.

Look no further trust me I have tried a number of diffusers even tried a nebulizer and a nebulizer literally eats the essential oil like one 10ml every 12hrs .. just received the Amjou diffuser I have to say what I am super impressed their shipping/packaging is all recycled/recyclable materials even the tape like wow bravo to you Anjou.. unit is well made stuuning .. I turned it on within minutes perfection.. super impressed .. look no further kid you not hands down #1 out there .. i have 2 Anjou diffusers ,, will be adding 2 more ..forgot to mention its silent

Good diffuser lasts for a long time, and is really quiet.
