What an amazing book! This has made our dinners so much easier, we are a family of four with two hungry teens who are also raised to eat a wide variety of foods. The ease of making such delicious meals is unsurpassed. Highly recommend this book, but a heads up that this is a UK on the book so you have to be comfortable using metric measurements and checking the pan sizes etc
