I have purchased several lamps over the years mostly halogen which don’t last long so I wanted an LEDAfter searching a while I found this oneThis must be the easiest thing I have ever had to assembleYou clip the base together screw the poles together into the up shade and plug the power cable inThe touch control is easy and the remote is even easier with preset modes and various colour and brightness levelsThe shade can be moved at an angle to cast light at different directionsKicks out more light than my living room light which is 5 LEDs at 15w a pieceVery impressed though it’s a shame they don’t make it in chrome or silver and the remote should have come with batteries2 x AAA requiredOther than that I love it

Good, but not as bright as I hoped, and base not heavy enough to be entirely stable
I wanted a low-heat, low-consumption LED replacement for an older uplighter that used a 150W linear halogen 'bulb', which created too much heat to be safe close to flammable surfaces. Rated at 30W, this lamp should have been as bright as the 150W halogen -- but it isn't. Its X-form base is also rather light, making it a bit unstable on soft surfaces such as carpet. Still, it has other benefits such as variable brightness and colour temperature.

Just the job
We are currently renovating our home and have been relying on bedside lamps etc. Needed something to light the room up better, this is perfect for the job, warm light and daylight options, dimmable, night time option that just leaves a very low light overnight. Perfect.

I absolutely love this lamp! I’ve been looking. For a lamp that would fit my room for a while now and sent back so many of them! This lamp is a huge game changer. I can adapt the light to my work, my mood, it’s lovely! And the remote control is just awesome!

Love it ... . It is great for the daylight setting for doing crafts and also so relaxing with a nice warm glow in the evening. Wish I had discovered this a while ago..will be getting another one for the bedroom

The lamp is in the living room and my husband uses it every evening and loves it. Much better than his old one.
