Tungsten lights seem much easier on the eyes than LED reading lights.
Got these in the hope I could resurrect an old reading lamp, and am glad I got them. I've had an LED reading lamp for a long time, but the 30-year-old lamp, with these bulbs, is *much* easier on the eyes, in my opinion. The LED lamp is destined for the donation center...

12 v like the description says
Rating this 3 stars for now. The box I received had 10 clear bulbs. BUT BE WARNED......... the BOX AND BULBS HAVE NO indication as to wattage or voltage. NOTHING is printed on the exterior of the BOX OR on BULB BASE to give you any idea. I suggest you write something on the box for future reference. The box says " Minature Lamps", CEC SINCE 1959. That's it. THEY ARE NOT UL LISTED OR TESTED or the box would have that marking.On the end flaps, they show a pair of gloves an fingers holding the bulb by the base and the numbers 1141. It also has printed "ceclighting.com". That's it folks. I hope they are 18 watt, 12 v like the description says......but how are you suppose to know. I Just used my last ACE brand bayonet lamp on my low voltage deck railing.......so I won't know if these are any good or the same brightness until another goes out. Lets hope I can give this more "stars" in the future.

Perfect replacement pack brightness fit color and installation were as advertised and lifespan is yet to be determined but i will update if that changes
