Taste good but weird aftertaste

Pretty sweet but good
Needs water and melted butter. It's pretty sweet (since it's artificial sweetener) but not grainy like some other reviews mentioned. Just make sure to mix it really well.

Tastes like unsweetened cocoa
Let me start off by saying that I am on the keto diet and a diabetic so I have been eating sugar free for a very long time. I’m used to the way artificial sweeteners taste and have become accustomed to it. So much so that most of the time, I don’t even notice that I’m eating something that’s sugar free. This was not one of those times. This was absolutely disgusting. I bought two of these. The first one I made exactly like the instructions. The second one I made by substituting the water for unsweetened almond milk. The one with almond milk was a little better but still not good. The texture of both are way off, not brownie like at all. More like very soft cake. The taste is like unsweetened cocoa powder, there is no sweetness at all. I took three bites and had to throw the rest away, it honestly made me sick. If you are looking for something for your sweet tooth, trust me when I tell you that this is not it!

Stomach was not happy
Not gluten free. There’s no gluten on the ingredient list so I took a shot. Got a gut reaction - it wasn’t that tasty either. I didn't enjoy it - just wanted something with my coffee. I had high hopes for it tho. Also not very ketogenic.

Delicious!! EASY! And uses the best sweetener, Allulose!!
Tl:Dr is that this is totally worth it, delicious, kept me from going to the bakery 5 minutes walk away, and is made with the best tasting (and better for you) sweetener, Allulose! It's actually not a sugar alcohol, either, despite what the packaging says in the net carb calculations, but I guess most people can think of it that way. Importantly, it should not cause gastric upset/GI issues.I keep thinking I'll do low carb cooking at home but then just don't get around to it until I'm really craving a pastry type item. By then, I'm too impatient. So I think these are a great stop gap. This really hit the spot! I seriously don't understand the poor reviews, unless people are making it incorrectly. Mine was well past the expiration date and still tasted totally fresh. I did not measure the butter but just eyeballed some in a pan I'd just been cooking scrambled eggs so I didn't have to dirty another pan/dish.My only complaint is that the calories seem way too high. I hope they try using that vegetable fat that is lower fat like what Nick's ice cream uses!

Deceptive advertising
The calories shown on the product pictures and the listed nutritional information do not make it clear that the calorie count is for the mix only. If you actually want to prepare and eat it, it's 480 calories. Taste-wise, it's just ok. It's hard to describe - it tastes like someone made brownies and forgot some ingredient. Something is just off. I can think of many other ways I can spend 480 calories on something far more delicious.
