I injured the back of my foot towards the end of April of 2020. Have gone to multiple doctors from physical therapy, to foot specialist to physician, physiatrist, neurologist, chiropractor, mri . Cortisone shots and urgent care. No help! At all in the medical field. I was told Achilles tendinitis, then plantar fasciitis and then neuropathy. They did blood work & that came back negative! Had to be putting my feet in cold /warm water with epsom salt and icing it ! I spoke to a friend who’s son is a doctor in Florida and told me I believe you have an injured a nerve. The pain was horrible . I went to Whole Foods bought vitamin b complex, vitamin b12, and tumeric . I also bought natural oils to help with the burning but made it worse The aleve and ibuprofen did not help . I bought Moringa at Amazon because I heard it builds up your immune system helped a little .i bought arnicare cream for the foot due to the inflammation which I applied in the back of the feet. Then I seen this product on amazon and based on the reviews and that is natural iDecided to try it . And I have to say In 3 days the pain had decrease . I began to walk better . Was able to put the Clark sandals . Has better night . No burning & no tingling. I am able to get back to normal. I believe there is healing going the natural way. This is not the only thing I have suffered with in the past. I notice that when I stick to a natural diet and take natural things the body Begins to heal . And with a lot hope , faith and prayer. I thank God that I am in the healing process of my tendon .11/7/2020I wanted to update my review. I have to say one bottle it took with the vitamins I was taking and the natural diet. I’m back on my feet. All my test came back negative. My tendon is still healing that is a process. Found out later through the vascular dr the injury to the foot was not what caused all that burning/tingling in the feet & hand. I was told that I had vericose veins, dead veins, poor circulation/oxygen in the legs. That is the reason the inflammation & veins popping out in my feet . But thanks to this product, vitamins & natural diet I was able to get back on my feet & rid of that burning , tingling, aching/sore feet /hands . One bottle was enough for me . The product works !! Three months ago I developed severe neuropathy in my right foot and leg. Hospitalized and found out I was allergic to the specific meds for the problem. Pain meds did not work, ordered the Alfa Lipoic Acid ---research told how this worked in Germany, so I have taken it for over two months and it has greatly helped the pain and misery that I felt every day when I walked. My Doctor agreed for me to continue to take it as it had a lot of vitamins and other herbs in it and I take it every day, keep it frigerated and a small glass in the freezer that I use every day and the taste does not bother me at all with it ice cold. Great Product and I will continue to take it, it does not help overnight but it does work and I can walk now and put full weight on my foot without the severe pain. Thank God for this product, it has helped me so much --- the pain level was a 10+ and now it is 0-2 at times and I will continue to take it every day as I feel like a human being again. 5 stars for sure!!!

I was nervous about the flavor. I thought I was going to have to gulp it down quick. However, the flavor is very subtle. You can taste the citrus which is quite nice and can easily be followed with water to clear your palette, of necessary. I was able to take it for a solid week before I had to postpone all medication and supplements for some lab work. I felt great when taking this item. I noticed increased energy. I noticed manageable cravings. I felt like it was helping to assist in my overall health goals. I definitely recommend this product. The liquid form is also the absolute best option for me because I still have to trick myself into swallowing pills. So that alone makes this one of my favorite products.

I've suffered for 4 whole years from nerve and blood vessel damage to my foot. I had broken my ankle the worse way possible, trimallear (sp.? 3 bones involved) fracture, joint involved, and dislocation of foot. I have 2 plates and many screws, did the PT, and regular visits with pain management doctor. The unique pain condition that persisted included my other foot mimicking the same!
