Large enough to feed 14 people
Good quality, typical, authentic paella pan! The food that is stuck in the bottom is always a pain to clean, especially if you don't properly coat it with hot oil to make it non-stick prior to using. It rusts easily as you wash with soap and water so make sure to coat with oil and clean it immediately after using it. The pan is very big, keep in mind that it doesn't fit into a 36" oven, only range top use or open fire!

Great pan
I used this pan to make a paella for 9 people, and it was plenty big, we even had leftovers. It cooks great, can be used with induction burners, also. Really worth the price and I love it.

Very good quality.
Very good quality. Metal, thickness, construction, etc. seem very good. Successfully made a very good paella on the first try. Only suggestion to seller is to use a different label (sticker) that is applied to the cooking surface of the pan. The current sticker leaves a very sticky residue that is hard to remove. I used "goo gone" to remove...not sure if that is advisable to use on a surface used to cook food. Would be better to use a hang tag, or something that does not adhere to the cooking surface. Other than that, very satisfied with this purchase. Thank you!

IMPOSSIBLE TO GET THE FRIGGIN LABEL OFF, EASILY RUSTS
This will be my first negative review on Amazon I think. When I received the pan, it looked and felt great, hence the one star. The trouble started when I tried to remove the label. The part of the label that didn't have adhesive on it came off fine. The parts of the label with the adhesive on them did not. The outer paper part came off but left a sticky residue. I followed the directions and mixed water with vinegar and it didn't work. The directions said if that didn't work, then apply heat. I did that and it didn't work. The directions said to then boil water in the pan. I did that and it didn't work and the water vinegar mix started to leave a burnt stain along the edges of the pan. I finally got the adhesive off by boiling the water and vinegar mix and using a wooden spoon to scrape the adhesive at the same time. The pan then immediately started to rust. Now I am stuck with a pan that has a rim of rust around the whole outer edge of the pan. I am afraid to cook anything in it for fear of the food tasting like rust. What a waste of money. Why do these companies use such strong adhesive on a friggin vessel used for cooking??? I'm so super disappointed. Would love my money back but I don't know if it's worth the hassle.

MUST do the 'preparation' before first use
Great product and will have your Paella cooked as expected!!!. MUST follow instructions in the sticker before first use. You can also reinforce watching Youtube videos. MUST have the Paellera covered with oil as immediately explained after wash it.After use it, you will always have rice stick to it and you just need to be patience: have it soaked for couple hours or more with water and dish soap. Then use your normal sponge or use the light "soap wool sponges". Will work perfect w/o any damage. You should not expect to have your Paellera bright as brand new because it has been already 'curated' - 'seasoned'. Its color will come a bit opaque but will be even clean for your next use. Do not forget the oil !!!. I just purchased this last weekend and already used it ! it worked lovely.

Worked Well Then Rusted In Spots After Cleaning
This Paella pan worked great when used on two gas burners on our Thermadoor counter top range. It's heavy enough to resist most heat induced warping (I'm sure someone somewhere will be able to warp it through the abusive application of heat/fire...but that qualifies as misuse in my opinion). And the first Paella made in it was wonderful. So why the 3-star rating. I have not given this pan a higher rating because after cleaning by hand using a synthetic wool pad and rinsing there appeared a circular rusty looking spot in one area. I cleaned it and it returned. I'm disappointed by this rusty spot that appeared for no apparent reason other than this isn't stainless which an authentic Paella pan isn't. A trad pan is high-carbon steel. Anyway I'm going to have to clean with oil apparently to remove this reappearing spot prior to using each time. It's only one spot about 4" in a circle too which is a bit strange. Oh well, at least it was not expensive I guess?

Love this pan!
I absolutely love my pan! I bought the enamel version because I did not want to bother with care after washing it. I use my pan very often to roast or bake and not only for paella. I make chicken roast with tons of vegetable all around, thin baked polenta, greek spinach pie, giant pizza, and much more. I also make a lot of thin pizza like crusts with cheese and grated zucchini that we eat like bread. The pan is not nonstick so you need to oil or use butter as usual but I do that anyway with all my enamel pans. I soak it in water and it cleans beautifully and so far I see no scratches although I used a sharp knife to cut the pizza. The bottom of the pan is relatively flat but not perfectly flat which is not a problem for a gas burner of the oven where I mostly use my pan. It came well packed except for a small chip on the handle which I decided not to make a fuss about and oiled it so it will not rust. I bought the 17 inch not wanting to risk the 18 will not fit my oven but I now I think it would and that's the only regret I have. I love enameled pans and I wish there were more variety of them in the USA except for the granite wear roasters with limited sizes and bottoms that make hard to cook anything else in there.

Very Impressed!
I have always wanted a paella pan and this one does not disappoint! Made enough for 10 people easily. Just follow the directions for care and you shouldn’t have a problem. Highly recommend. I would like to show you a picture of my beautiful paella but it’s not letting me upload the photo!

I am really happy because this is just the same Paella I use to have in Spain!

Terrible product, avoid!
It's a very low quality product. Very thin, light and with a lot of scratches. I received a used pan which is kind of disgusting.

Quality Control is at its worse
My wife only notice that one handle was missing a rivet after first use. This is a very poor quality control.
