This is my second time buying this light hanger! I love it! It has a modern feel to it, in my opinion. It is also very sturdy.

Great Value!
I purchased a chandelier for our home without realizing it didn’t come with a canopy. I searched high and low on Amazon for one and ultimately settled on this. I had my doubts, but it has been holding up great. Granted, our chandelier is a lightweight, eight bulb farmhouse chandelier, so it doesn’t have to withstand too much weight, but it got the job done. The install was very easy.

Good quality for the price!
Very easy to install. I used this to hang a non electrical light fixture and was able to screw straight on to my ceiling without a light/fan box.

Coordinated well with brass vintage chandeliers
I had two vintage deep brass colored chandeliers that needed to be installed. Couldn't find the right ceiling plate to coordinate best with it. Although the color of these plates was more of a light gold than brass, lighter than my chandelier, this plate was the right size, sturdy and coordinated well with the lamps. Pleased with my purchase and the final outcome.

Does not work for a large chandelier
I bought it for a chandelier and paid someone to install it. While he was installing it, he had to give up mid-way because the metal bar was horribly bent because the bar couldn't withstand the weight of the chandelier. The chandelier was big but it couldn't have been much heavier than 23 lbs, which is the weight limit of this canopy kit. If you're purchasing this canopy kit, make sure what will be hanging is very lightweight. I used a different bar and this canopy kit as a cover for the electric wire hole.

It looks so good
Bought this to put on the ceiling to hang a swag lamp from. It made it look like a hardwired ceiling light. Colour is a beautiful brushed gold. Looks rich. Used a plate to install it on the ceiling as there was no junction box

Not right hardware. Doesn’t work
Centre screw way too short to use in an electrical box. The screw has to extend beyond the cap and as you can see it’s impossible.
