Excellent product. 2 minutes job cleared excess hair from bathroom sink. Water now drains fast as it should. Well worth the price and I'm sure it'll get used in the future. I recommend using your drill on the slowest setting, the speed should still be sufficient.

Bought before in metal this one plastic and twisted to unusable in one use. Waste of money.

Difficult to use since we could only push it halfway in the drain manually, but then when using the drill (slowly) it forms a kink and starts twisting around itself and pulling out the length that’s already in the drain. Quite fiddly to work around this problem but it did pull out hair.

It took a few goes to get it right as it was initially winding over itself but that was just because I did not know how to use it properly. Start slowly, after placing it into the hole and as you get deeper increase the speed. When you have gone as deep as you can for around 45 seconds then go in the opposite direction and pull out. Note it may also help going in from the other end as it may not go deep enough to get rid of the blockage.

This is a must buy and gets to the root cause of the blocked drain issue

I was satisfied with the product, but it was just too short to reach the blockage. A 3/4 Meter alternative would be very much appreciated, if/when you do this please get in touch and I will purchase!
