I had to print a color copy of finished painting from Amazon as no color copy came with this. That being said, the color indicated for the Viola was black/dark gray when clearly the photo shows browns--and I've never seen a black Viola (although I'm sure they exist), so I had to choose/use my own colors. If you're comfortable with paint-by-numbers, then embellishing this only improves on it. This is not for beginners.

I love the image, however I am struggling with covering the numbers and the outlines of the paint. The print is extremely bold and I keep paint over and over again especially on the light colors, but it doesn't work I can still see the print. Plus to that I ran out of color number 7. I would have to find some similar paint. Color number 10 and 13 were not enough either, I ran out because I kept painting over to cover the print. I am not finished yet but will post a picture of the painting.

Mat came folded, could not get wrinkles out by ironing so took to Michael's Crafts and had heat mounted on board. Very cheap brushes.

Painting had possibilities but you couldn't read half the numbers and couldn't see the lines. I had to guess where to paint and what color to use, very frustrating. Still haven't finished it and really not sure I want to try.
