Delicious, easy to follow recipes, your family will love
Literally my favourite recipe book ever! And I’ve bought lots of them over the years.I’ve tried quite a few of these recipes now and found them easy to follow with readily available ingredients. You won’t have a massive shopping list to use this book but quality ingredients are the key.I found everything in the book very straightforward. And no cup measurements - bonus! The recipes use grams and ounces. However, there is a UK/US glossary if you need it. 😊Everything I’ve made tastes delicious! I particularly love the creamy salmon & spinach bake and also the lemon & thyme chicken, especially when served with the garlic butter cauliflower rice. My family are enjoying them too …. ‘restaurant quality’ they say. High praise indeed!It should come as no surprise that the author, Monya Kilian Palmer, has worked as a member of Heston Blumenthal’s team. She’s incredibly talented. I’ve just ordered her other book, ‘Easy Keto Kitchen’ although I can’t imagine any recipes being more easy as the ones included in this book!Go ahead and buy it. You won’t be disappointed.

Everything you need to know!
There are many Aps you can subscribe to, many YouTube you watch of which some are ok but some are not so much.Also a lot of the Aps cost as much for 1 months subscription as you pay for buying the full set of these books from Amazon, they use different names for the some of the common ingredients for the recipes and other ingredients that are hard to get as they cater more to the American customers.I am not trying to put you off using these but this is what I have found out for myself over the last couple of years struggling to get to grips with a Keto diet.As for the books they are well written and very easy to understand with excellent colourful photographs.The ingredients are easy to get hold of and if you can't get them easily or locally you can get them from Amazon, which is what I do. I live in the Channel Islands and the shopping isn't as easy here as it is on the mainland UK.The recipes are tasty and interesting and have made my keto diet which was otherwise bland and quite frankly I hated enjoyable, and I cannot recommend these books enough.

Few (UK) ingredients, easy to follow and great taste
I bought this as my first KETO book and am still using it 2 years on. Her pictures are appetising, the recipes are easy to follow and my main reason for 5 stars is that you only have a few ingredients per dish. Some KETO books have hundreds of spices and ingredients which often you don't have and therefore dont make it. This book is clear, easy to follow and has a great introduction about what you 'shouldn't' eat and what are good food products to eat. Love it.

Great book but mostly meat recipes
Beautiful cookbook would love a veggie or pescatarian version but virtually all the recipes are meat based. The book includes a few fish dishes and some cake and ice cream recipes too. Lovely layout with clear instructions and great photos. I would have kept the book if it weren't so meat based.

Highly recommended
Bought this for my husband, who started following the keto diet at the beginning of Jan. To be honest there are so many free recipes on the internet, a recipe book is not essential but sometimes it is just nice to have one to hand to browse through. As well as all the delicious recipes, at the beginning of the book, the author explains all about the keto diet and the science behind it which is really interesting to read. She has also been following it with her husband for a years too and describes it more as a way of life than a diet. I would highly recommend this book as have many others

These recipes made me so much more positive about being on a diet
Fantastic range of meals and snacks from diverse recipes encouraging you to cook confidently while on a low-carb / keto diet. Even if you don’t follow the recipes strictly, they will give you pointers and information about creatively producing low carb food. When you are changing your a diet, a variety of good flavours is crucial. The books are well written and easy to follow and has made my transition to a low carb diet so much simpler.The recipes contained in these books make the various websites and apps seem badly written, over-played and simply more difficult to bring together into a coherent plan for a daily diet.

The book of double cream
While the recipes look tasty and I assume so considering all the good reviews, I couldn’t get myself to keep it because almost all the recipes use some sort of cream (mainly double cream). The recipes also seemed like they were gonna cause me stress more than help me manage my diet with my busy schedule.

Great Uncomplicated Recipes
Every recipe I’ve tried from this book so far has been excellent. Clear instructions and not lots of complicated ingredients. Even the bacon/mushroom pizza with the almond flour base which I was sceptical about came out perfect 1st time and as for the lime cheesecake 👌
