Great for hot flashes! Going through menopause is a mess in itself! For a little while my hot flashes were sooo bad that I went searching for some relief. These are quite pricey, but I wanted something natural to help me be able to deal with my hot flashes. They would come out of nowhere and were intense. I took these for a while. After only, 3-4 days of taking these, the hot flashes were few and far between, almost eliminated! Would still have an occasional one, but the intensity wasn't bad AT ALL. If you are having intense hot flashes, def spend the $$ and take these for a while. AT least to get you through the worst part, the beginning, of menopause. Thankfully, I don't have them bad anymore. I started with Menolabs back in August 21, 2021 I started with the fit and the glow and decided a few months ago to start taking the fiber that’s when my body composition changed dramatically. I was deathly ill while taking my testosterone injections seems I was extremely allergic to them, along with the injections I was also on hormone replacement therapy. I started taking the fit & glow while finishing up my last of my hormones. Praying that the Menolabs products did half of what the therapy did naturally I’d be ecstatic.Here I am continuing on my journey with a truly life changing company. I take 1 fit & 1 glow daily in the a.m. before anything. So one bottle of each of the fit & glow will last you 2 months. Works out to about $45 ish a month, now the fiber is worth it’s weight in gold y’all. 1 teaspoon up to 3X a day & drink your water & you will see it work its magic. Soluble fiber with good vibes added is amazing! I do 2X a day but will be adding another to my day! It mixes well in sugar free chocolate pudding with sugar free cool whip a personal favorite! I haven’t even covered all of what it’s done for me & now doing for my Sister as well she started a few months back & is sold as well!! You can’t beat it! I’m a loyal customer! I am a 38 y/o dual cancer diagnosis survivor and I have had a forced hysterectomy. I have been suffering with IBS and intense hot flashes for almost ten years now and I see no end in sight. The intensity hasn't changed one bit in all this time either. With that said, I suffer. I am not a candidate for estrogen based treatments and that leaves little to no help for me unfortunately. I've had a lot of success with probiotics in the past and I love that Menolabs checks quite a few boxes instead of just one: Probiotic (I take 1 every day, not 2 and it works fabulously), my anxiety does seem to be more controlled and I have not needed to take Ashwaghanda on a daily basis, though I still get anxiety occasionally. My nails are getting much stronger! I definitely am starting to see a real change in my nails now that I have been taking MenoGlow for over a month. I also feel a decrease in my hot flashes. I am very impressed and plan to continue taking MenoGlow daily. UPDATE: Now 40 years old, I have been using MenoLabs MenoGlow continuously for almost 2 years. It has made a nice difference in my hair and nails. It works fabulously for my GI issues but unfortunately, it does not help me much with my intense hot flashes. I also have not seen any difference in my skin. It seemed to make a small dent in the very beginning however, it may of been a placebo effect. I still highly recommend this though as my health issues are more on the severe side. Someone else may have better luck. As a probiotic, hair & nail supplement (the hyaluronic acid doesn't hurt) I rate a 10/10!

I used this for two months and experienced terrible bloating and gas pain every single time. I kept thinking maybe it was something I ate or something else, but every time I stopped taking it for a few days the symptoms went away completely. When I started taking it again the symptoms came right back. I had really bad bloating, with terrible gas pain and cramping. I have used other probiotics before and not had any of these problems. Also, while I was trying to take it I actually started having night sweats again after months of not having any. I don’t recommend it.

Update number 2: so my bloated belly has been better, my anxiety has been better, still don't notice much change in my skin. I ended having to stop taking it. A week or so ago I started noticing a change in my taste buds. My tongue felt almost numb and I could barely taste my food. Than 3 days ago dry mouth kicked in and my taste buds got even worse. I started thinking maby it was my hormones just going nuts. I tried several things to try and help but to no avail. Suddenly last night I thought maby it could possibly be these pills. So this morning I skipped them. By mid day my taste buds were feeling better. It is now 8:20pm and my tongue feels completely normal again. So I don't think I will be taking them again :(Update! I have been taking this a couple weeks now and my bloated belly and tummy issues are a ton better. I am also sleeping better. Haven’t bren paying to much attention to my skin 🤣So far so good! Excited to see how the next few months go
