These cinnamon sticks work great for spiced cider or adding when brewing friendship tea. They can also be grated in a spice or coffee grinder if you want freshly ground cinnamon for your recipes. They are around 3" to 3.5" long and have the classic cinnamon stick curl. There are quite a few in the container, and the container keeps them fresh. I feel I got my money's worth! If you are a cinnamon lover, this is a must have for your pantry!

I use cinnamon sticks for my teas and water. I love the flavor of this brand and will continue to buy.

Fresh, wonderful smell. There is plenty of product in the bags and I store them in an air tight sealer bag for longevity.

I Gave it 4.2 stars because personally I prefer a glass container which is far easier to recycle of repurpose and it isn't my favorite Ceylon. However, this Vietnamese cinnamon actually works exceptionally well for using to infuse cinnamon flavor in my home brewed wines and meads. It has a strong, robust flavor profile. It is also great for adding to chai lattes and other drinks requiring the addition of cinnamon or specifically a stick.

I use them in a "smelly pot".. I have birds so I use natural products for aromatics. I save and dry orange peelings too. I mix the cinnamon sticks, peelings and cloves. I got a nice full bag of sticks.. and they smell great.
