I was a little worried to try this but my friend explained that this is truly micro dosing. It's is so much lower than the recommended prescription dose. I feel that it has helped me feel better but my main hope is that it helps with cognitive. Hopefully it helps me remember why I walked into a room lol. At home we call these, "the happy pill" because we have noticed that it makes it easier not to stress the little things.

I ordered this mainly for memory and sleep. I also like the micro dose and tiny capsules. Easy to swallow and no odor or after taste. I maybe get 4 to 5 hours of sleep as once I wake I can't shut my brain off and can't fall back to sleep. Never-ending nights of total insomnia happens often. I took this after supper and that first night I slept all night. Figured this was a fluke. Took it the same way the next day and again a great night's sleep. This bottle is already worth it just for two nights in a row of great sleep. I'll update again after I'm on it for awhile to see if I notice any improvement on memory. But as long as I keep sleeping good I'll continue to use this product. UPDATE: 3 weeks in and I'm still having a great night's sleep. As for memory, you know those words that are on the tip of your tongue; they are coming to me quicker. I'm still very happy with this little capsule.

I've been using this for ~2wks now. Daily at noon is my application. Wanted to make sure it didn't interrupt any sleep (It did not for me), or have any other side effect I could not work with....so far nothing wrong.Hard to place or describe something like this. I sleep/wake the same and feel fine. I do notice a bit more pep-in-my-step, or at least feel more pep. Will update when the bottle is empty and I contemplate buying another. 4/5, with the 'final jury' in a couple months.

Wonderful nutritional supplement for better overall health.

I have been taking this for about a month now, and I love it! I think it works great. It has completely calmed me down. I have a temper and can be quick to get annoyed and this stuff has stopped all of that. I'm even noticing memory improvement, which is great because I just turned 60 and have noticed a decline in my short term memory. I started taking it a couple of weeks before the thing I went to stay a week with my 5 grand children while their parents (my son and dil) were out of state for a week. Their ages are 14, 13, 9, 7, and 3. I didn't want to be grouchy or impatient with them. And it totally helped. I'm a new person!! I love it :)

Amazing results all I expected and read about and more. Warning, don’t expect results in just days or weeks, the magic comes after months, and more I’ve been taking this for well over a year now and continue to see improvements far beyond my original expectations. I’ve had zero negative reactions except for a little sleep disturbance, taking it with lunch instead of dinner fixed that. There is no other vitamin or supplement I’ve ever added to my diet that has produced such significant improvement in mind and body. When you see positive results, just be patient and don’t increase the dose, the great results will just keep coming. Increasing dose doesn’t speed improvements. This stuff is like miracle grow for your mind and body.

I'm sure it may help some people , but I guess I didn't take much of it for me to notice a difference.
