I love the way it looks on my counter. Keeps our coffee fresh and it's easy to clean. Wish I had bought them a long time ago.

They're stainless steel, easy to clean. You can hear the air 'whoosh' out when you press down on the inner seal, so you know your goods are protected. This is great for coffee, flour, teas - whatever you want t keep REALLY fresh.

We buy whole beans and grind only enough for each batch of coffee, because we value freshness. These canisters are a terrific solution to keeping our beans away from air and light until the moment of use. We noticed an immediate improvement in their quality; the last cup of coffee made from a batch of beans was as good as the first.I spent some time shopping for these and eventually settled on them because they seemed like a one-time buy, a permanent solution. Many other canisters available had multiple moving parts or required regularly replacing a filter. No such issue here. The design and engineering are excellent. Push down, and air is pressed out. Pull up, and a bit of gentle pressure is needed to overcome the airlock that was created.The lid is always right on top of your beans, following it down as you use more of the coffee; there is never a gap between the lid and the beans. It's even a little bit fun to use when you open and close it :-)This worked so well for our coffee that it occurred to me that it might be the solution I was looking for to keep my brown sugar from drying out. Everyone who bakes knows the hassle of retaining moisture in brown sugar between uses, especially if you bake with it infrequently as I do. I have the terra cotta bears which you soak and leave in the sugar, and those do help. But eventually the sugar still dries and hardens.So I took a chance and ordered the set of one regular and one small one, for my regular and dark brown sugar. I took sugar in good moist condition, loaded it into the canisters, added a soaked terra cotta bear to each, and pressed down as normal to press the air out. I didn't need any brown sugar for nearly eight months after that - but when I opened the canisters, the sugar hadn't dried or hardened at all! It was like new. I took out what I needed, re-soaked the bears and put them back in, re-sealed the lids and I feel confident that next time I open them, my sugar will be ready to use. Awesome product. It works as advertised. It may not be cheap, but it's a one-time purchase that solves your problem from then on.

These are a bit pricey, but they are easy to use, trouble free, and they do a great job of keeping my coffee beans and matcha tea nice and fresh!

They are attractive and they work. Roomy and easy to clean.

These are excellent. Better than anything else I've tried out there. If you use it for travel, dont keep a metal spoon in them though as it will rattle lol.
