More than enough!
So, I'm a big guy and have a pretty solid handshake but this exerciser will really help me take my hand strength to the next level! I can manage just a couple reps at the highest setting with my dominant hand but none with the other. I have a fairly routine desk job that's not physically demanding at all so something like this will help me keep from developing carpel tunnel in the future if I stick with a regular routine. I've been working on my upper arms for a while now but haven't had much luck in strengthening my wrists or forearms. By increasing my grips strength and focusing on those muscle groups I really hope to round out my arm routine! The pictures show the unboxed kit and the feature I appreciate most at the moment, an integrated counter in the handle of the grip! Everything is fairly intuitive to use and offer a range of exercises to reduce the monotony of a single exercise. I'm just starting to track my improvement but I'm excited to see what sort of results I can achieve!

Lots of great, well made, grip exercises for a great price.
This set was surprisingly well built and had lots of variety in the included implements. For the price, I think this was a steal. Everything works as advertised. The only part that wasn't actually significantly better than I anticipated, was the stress ball. It's much springier and bouncier than I anticipated, but I'm not going to knock off a star for that. It still works, but it wasn't quite what I expected.A great set for a great price.

Greatly improved weight lifting workouts UPDATE!
I'm 6'3", 220 lbs with average sized hands for my size.I weight lift regularly.I got these because I work a desk job and wanted a stress reliever on those long days. What I didn't forsee was that my workouts when it came to lifting weight and recovery drastically improved, almost immediately! So, I only use the finger trainer and the grip strength trainer. I threw away the finger stretcher, the stress ball and the ring almost right away. The reason why I took away 1 star was because the ball was too small and too firm. The finger stretcher was also too hard to use because it's stiff and the ring was fine, but I can essentially accomplish the same thing with the grip strength trainer and the finger trainer. So, to my review... the grip strength trainer and finger trainers are both really nice. After only 2 weeks I've maxed out the resistance and I do a few hundred reps a day with both hands while sitting at my desk.In the gym with lifting that has equated to my grip being so much better that my hands and wrist and forearms do not fatigue during lifting and I'm lifting much higher weights with better control because all of my focus is on the movement and not my grip.I do wish the resistance was able to be increased even more, but I know that for the average person this thing is way more than enough. I've handed it over to weight lifting coworkers that can't even get more than a few reps.Being a bit OCD, having the number counter in the handle is also really nice.I do wish the stress ball was a bit larger and not so dense so I could use that more, but I'm more than happy to pay $15 for the grip strength trainer alone. The other stuff is just a bonus.UPDATE: The handle on the strength trainer broke off when using it.

Good kit!
Good kit for grip strength training. I especially like the part that counts how many times I squeeze the handle thing. Not a huge deal but adds a bit of quantifiable measuring to the process instead of me just mindlessly going at it. Also comes with little guide book for the different pieces and how to use them to exercise your hands. Overall a pretty good deal!Cons: The ring piece looks like a donut and I get hungry while I use it.

Good product
I’ve added the items contained in this kit to my collection of exercise equipment. These are all effective ways to strengthen one’s grip and tone forearms. The products arrived as advertised and I feel the price that I paid was fair. No complaints other than the items being slightly too small for my hand size.

Works great until it breaks
This was great until about 4 months in of moderate use and it broke. I contacted the company but never got a reply.

Great set
I've been finishing drywall for 21 years so you can imagine where my forearms, elbows, wrists and hands are. I try to use these a little bit every other day to strengthen in hopes to alleviate discomfort and support muscle confusion to help build up against future work. I truly think these help

Wrist Surgery Recovery
Bought this set to aid in recovery from wrist surgery. Wished at first the load could have been reduced to two pounds, but maybe I'm just a wimp! Ha! It's doing what I need it to do.
