Great product for its intended purpose: extract the nasty pore bits more effectively that using your fingers without the associated bruising. Reminds me of my days as a young man going to the dermatologist and begin accosted by one of these for the first five minutes of the appointment. Higher quality than expected since looking at, it I figured there would be a certain amount of deflection in the hoops when pressed. I work in a somewhat dirty environment so clear skin can be difficult, especially during the summer months.

Most of the reviews here discuss the product generally, i.e. the tool versus the brand. I've known about these types of tools for years and have tried many, left disappointed, and always returning to Tweezerman for their quality while balking at their price. However after losing my millionth Tweezerman over the years I decided to try the ZITSTIK. I'm happy to say this works on par with it's expensive competitor. The only negative thing I have to say about this product is it seems there is poor quality control - I lost one of these and ordered another only to find the missing one (I purchased the white). When I compared them one was much flimsier than the other. So I'd say if you get a flimsy one contact the company and ask for an exchange.

I wish I would have never bought this thing because now I am addicted to picking at every little bump I see on my face! LOL! It works great and arrived quickly. I wish it would have come with instructions saying which side to use for what type of pimple, but a quick internet search helped me.

I just purchased one of these and i've been using it ever since i bought it and what can i say it freaking works! I love this thing. Got to admit i was skeptical at first but not anymore.

*****Update****After you tubing how to use oneof these things i determined that i wad infact doing it right so with that said... DO NOT BUY. It scrapes your skin up making your zit or blackhead issues like 10000 times worse. I have never seen my face looking so bad. It just isn't sharp enoughI might be of doing it wrong but it's mean my face worse than using my fingers are tweezers I mean I've had to push really really hard to get them to come out and it just screamed the heck out of the top layers of your skin. maybe there should be a picture on here about which way to use the tool. I have been using it in on the side where the Ends sort of cup up not dome down

I am an older guy. I do not suffer from acne. I do have some blackheads because I used a self tanning product. I understand how these may work if you are full of acne and the blackheads are swollen?? For me these things do not work at a all. I guess you would have to have a very sever case of acne. Basically unless you have a monster ZIT I do not see how these would work.

I bought this to try and remove white heads from my face, but it does not work. After trying, it made my face bleed, but did not remove the white heads. I guess I need laser surgery to remove them. The quality is OK and should remove black heads, but not the hard, white heads.
