Birdbath & Fountain Protector 95566, 16 oz. for Clean and Clear Water, 16 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)

I've bought this repeatedly and is one of the best I've found for keeping the water clear. Great value for the money & doesn't seem to deter the birds in any way. I'd highly recommend it!

Takes a while to work but as it clears the the muck from the water it leaves it crystal clear. They advise, and so would I, that you start with a clean fountain. I really like that this is safe for birds and your pets! I will continue to use this weekly to keep my fountain in good shape.

We wanted something safe for birds and other animals that frequent our fountain. When we started using the Protector, our fountain already had some algae. The bottle says it can take a few weeks to work and the Protector lived up to expectations. The underground basin of our fountain holds about 30 gallons of water, so on a weekly basis we add three capfuls. It’s been about 5 weeks since we started using the Protector and we are seeing positive results. The algae is significantly reduced.

This product works wonders!! We purchased an old bird bath from a salvage shop. It had been sitting outside for months half buried in the dirt. We sprayed it out, put some water in it along with a couple drops of this stuff and within 2 days all the sludge came off! I was so impressed! I would definitely recommend reading the directions because a little goes a long way.

I got this product to use in my outdoor water fountain. It’s safe for bids and animals. However- it doesn’t work as described and it allow algae and moss to grow! Boo- I tried using twice the amount recommended but it still doesn’t work I have had to clean out the fountain several times so will go back to another product.

Cleared the water within a few minutes.

So far this appears to be working well. Probably would have worked better if I had drained my fountain first, but it was so hot and the birds drink from it every day, so didn't want to drain it. I do use it with 2 other items, so not sure if it a combination of all 3 items, but I will buy it again when I run out.

Awesome product, just expected a bigger bottle. Read the fine print.
