So if they put what they are supposed to be putting into thesecapsules then these are great. For lack of an alternate supplier, I recommendthese.

A friend who had Plantar Fasciitis recommended Grape Seed Extract at 600 MG / day (two of these tablets) and then drop dosage to 200 mg (maintenance mode) when the feet pain diminishes. I started with this approach less than a week ago and its already started working! My feet have improved so much that I cancelled my foot doctor appointment. I will keep using this product for sure. I never heard of this being a help for Plantar Fasciitis - so I wanted to pass this info along for others who may suffer from Plantar Fasciitis.

I called the manufacturer to clarify about an allergen listed on the bottle. The warning indicates it's made in a facility that may process fish and crustacean shellfish, among other things. Customer Service was great and called me back to answer my question about processing. Their answer: the seafood allergen is not only in the facility, but is processed on the exact machine that these supplements are processed on.It took Purethentic some time to track this info down, but they did do that for me. I'm really happy with this company's customer service.

I bought these to try for their various touted benefits, including to the cardiovascular system. My blood pressure is generally normal leaning towards sometimes being slightly low aka around 100 systolic when it's tested, though my circulation isn't great, so I thought these might help with immune system defense and general wellness. Well, for several days after taking them along with some other new supplements, my blood pressure would drop, a feeling of extreme weakness along with blue hands and feet would ensue for several hours, and I'd measure it to find it at 80-85 systolic (I forget the dystolic/2nd number.. don't usually pay attention to that one). I even was taken to the emergency room one night since we didn't know why it was happening and how much worse it would get. They gave me various tests and I was fine otherwise. They said to be very careful of supplements.. that they bring people in for all manner of side effects. I thought it was one of my other supplements.. that surely this one wasn't it. I cut everything out the next day, didn't have low blood pressure. Then I resumed just this Grape Seed Extract. And the low blood pressure condition came right back! It's quite scary, to lose circulation to such an extent! I googled "grape seed extract and blood pressure," to find that there are numerous studies that show that it's GREAT for lowering HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE. It Lowers high blood pressure, without other side effects. That's Awesome!! I'd probably give it 5 stars, if I had high blood pressure! But.. were there any studies for people with Normal blood pressure? Naturally, no, they wouldn't think of that. So, it's NOT awesome for you if you have low to NORMAL BLOOD PRESSURE. Feel free to try it on an off-day (especially if you know someone you could give it to, who could use it for high blood pressure.. which is more likely than not your parents or grandparents), because I could be an anomaly, of course. My body is not your body. But it most certainly made my normal blood pressure Too Low. Just a warning.

My integrative medicine doctor recommended grape seed extract to help with inflammation due to toxic diabetes. After using Purethentic Naturals Grape Seed Extract, I have not had as much inflammation in my legs and I hope to continue to see improvement over time. I'm a tough case and finding a product with 300 mg rather than the recommended 150 mg is what I need. I will know even more how this product is working once summer is here and I'm walking more outside, but I plan to stick with Purethentic Naturals brand because the first brand I tried was only 150 mg and I need 300 mg.

I feel better when I take these. I found out when my grandson lived next door and I was told Grape seed was good for hyperactive children, so I bought some and since I never give anything to someone unless I have taken it, I found out that I feel much better when I take them. So did he. He came to my house twice a day to get them and he stopped getting in trouble in school and on the bus since he wasn't so wound up.
