Love the computer overall!The only thing that is a little bothersome is the battery life. Iam teaching from home (why we invested)The 2nd zoom meeting at 1:00 pm im getting a battery low warning. I'm not using the computer the whole morning either. My zooms are approx 40 mins. I would like to see the computer be usable for the whole day without having to be by an outlet half way thru a day.Love the size and so far everything else. Im not a tech savy person and this us basically for basic use and cricut using.

I'm quite pleased with the Lenovo product. It's fast and not too heavy - although I could see it getting cumbersome if I am carrying it around all day. It's been a long time since I used a Windows based product... I kind of miss the ease of having "apps" but otherwise, I'm happy. Streaming is good and easy. So far, no troubles.My only complaint is that the touch pad seems to be different than what I'm used to... single click on the left side of the pad (normal) but if you touch the right side - it assumes a double-click. I'll get accustomed to it eventually.

The laptop has been very user friendly, from set-up to daily use. No locking up, not sudden shut downs, it is very smooth operation. No down side yet. I have a small home business and have always used a desk top, decided to minimize and go with laptop, happy with the switch.

I really like the light weight of the laptop. I'm getting used to the touchscreen, especially that when I touch the screen there are no fingerprints.

Surprisingly good. Very fast, very responsive. Much better than HP. Best laptop I have ever purchased
