My dairy issues have completely subsided now with the help of natural health practitioners and healing my gut. I still take these enzymes when I've eaten a heavy or hard to digest meal, like sushi. It helps my sleep easier because my body isnt struggling to digest food all night. I always reccomend these to friends & family. Note, dont take these everyday, to prevent overpopulation & dilution.

I am Probiotic hoping to find one that works the best. This one is in the middle of several I have tried, No side effects, no bloating or gas, Just seems to take longer to work than some others I have purchased on Amazon. May work better for someone else and I am not saying I would not use again, it's just not one of my top choices for the price.
