I only want orange - is that possible?

The odds of getting only orange are low. You’re more likely to get a pair of colors.

Which better for teens soft or medium?

If they have extra sensitive gums I would go with soft. If they have normal to strong gums, medium is the better way to go because it gets more plaque off. If there is a lot of bleeding, definitely get some sensitive toothpaste that repairs the gums as well:)
