I have a fairly new bourbon smoker box and wanted to try new and different flavors. I was also looking for these new flavors to come in a convenient re-closeable package. The Foghat sampler pack checked all the boxes. My smoker box uses a blower gun to move the smoke and works best with sawdust, and this product is the perfect size for my blower. The sawdust burns fast and a little goes a long way.

Produces lots of smoke in inexpensive food smoking unit.

Too small for price paid

I liked the way it came in different flavors. It is also easy to use.

The flavor is very nice on these, but the tins are extremely small. I was expecting more in quantity of size

I love that you get to try 4 different flavors. I just used the mesquite to make a Tequila Old Fashioned. IMO this is what Foghat should include with the purchase of their cocktail smoker instead of the standard oak.

They all add a great flavor to your whiskey and is very easy to use. But I wish there was a few more to make it a bang for your buck.

We bought a smoker for cocktails and we just sprinkle a little of one of the four flavors and then smoke our drinks.
