I add a few pinches to my miso soup. Tastes great.

All that's needed for one serving is a few pieces of the dried seaweed soaked in water for 10 mins. It goes well with my eggs or in soup. A small amount when hydrated, goes a long way.

I ordered this because I planned on making a miso soup recipe.What a great find! I don't have to cut the seaweed or anything. These tiny pieces in the bag grow to the perfect size to throw in some miso soup or really any soup. Flavor was good. A little goes a long way so don't be like me and put too much in the first time. I would would re purchase when I run out, but this will last me quite a while. I thought it was a good deal. Much better than running out to the international food store that is over a 40 minute drive from my home.

If you like wakame seaweed then you will like this stuff. Simple and effective.

I love this product in my Ramen and it is really good!

Before purchasing, I looked everywhere on the ad and could not find where this was manufactured. Only could find the Distributor as JFC International Inc and thought this was made in Japan. Only after receiving this product, on the bags are written: "Product of China." I see online that many products from China may be questionable, especially to consume, so tried to return it. They do not accept returns!! DO NOT BUY!!
