Product arrived days early, perfect as described, wonderful and very fair price! Would absolutely purchase again!

Missing wires and cables. European model on 220 v, needed a transformer for US operation. Printer works fine....

Very complicated to set up, wireless is virtually impossible to program. Stick with name brands, Ricoh is for high business use.

This machine is slow and noisy, with small ink cartridges. I bought one new for my small retail store office because of their factory drop ship replacement warranty. Well, after 6 months of very light use (my original printer still has the protective film on it) it stopped picking up the paper from the paper tray. I had a computer guy look at it and he told me to call Ricoh and they would send me a new one. I did just that, and low and behold, the very next day I received a large box from the Fed Ex truck with a very used and abused printer inside. It even had some documents from the last business in the paper tray! I hooked this printer up and spent the next 2 hours on the phone with Ricoh's customer service folks to find out that this printer is indeed no good as well! They assure me that they will open and test a new machine and have it shipped out next day air to me. That they surely did, with the same result, 2 hours on the phone to find out that I have another beat up "reman" printer that won't print!Now They tell me that they won't send me a 4th machine until they have tracking numbers for the return of the first 2. I have been without a working office printer for 7 days. I sent my wife to the local office supply store to by a new CANNON!DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!

I was not able to get this product to connect to my computer. Seemed like it would have been great otherwise.

Questa versione (SG 3110 SFNW) ha anche il fax e la presa usb sul frontale, in modo da poter scaricare le scansioni direttamente nella propria chiavetta usb, e ovviamente poter stampare i files contenuti. E' fornito anche un cd contenete il software Presto!PageManager9 che consente l'archiviazione dei documenti scansiti, anche su cloud (ad es. OneDrive). E' una stampante progettata per gli uffici, lo si vede anche dal design, piuttosto professional. Inutile lamentarsi se l'interfaccia è scarna, quello che serve c'è e funziona bene, senza inutili fronzoli. I settaggi della stampante (quelli usati poco frequentemente) come il tempo di attesa prima di mandarla in standby, e il conseguente spegnimento della ventola, oppure l'autospegnimento totale, si fanno da un'interfaccia da pc. Io ho settato lo standby a 2 min., avendola installata nell'ufficio di casa, mi infastidiva il rumore della ventola sempre accesa, in ufficio comunque non dovrebbe essere udibile. Dal pannello posto sulla stampante invece si possono controllare i livelli di inchiostro, si puo' fare la pulizia delle testine,ecc. Non è fornito un manuale d'uso cartaceo, ma quello fornito su cd è comodo e completo, con la funzione "cerca" si trova subito cosa serve, anche se ci sono lacune nelle spiegazioni, ad esempio si fa riferimento ad un tasto specifico, ma non c'è l'immagine, comunque con un po' di immaginazione si riescie a capire. E' stato fatto un ottimo lavoro da parte dei progettisti, i materiali sono di ottima qualità, poi si sono persi un po' nel manuale d'uso, ma considerando l'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo si possono perdonare! Per quanto riguarda la qualità di stampa, sono rimasto molto soddisfatto, per un uso professionale ha caratteristiche ottime, ma mi rendo conto che potrebbe non soddisfare l'utente domestico che stampa poche copie o peggio stampa le fotografie fatte al mare ... per questi usi meglio optare su Canon o altri ... Qui abbiamo una stampa simile alle laser, non molta definizione, ma colori vivaci e brillanti (specialmente settando definizioni piu' alte di quella di default che è di 300 dpi, si puo' arrivare fino a 1200 dpi, e scegliendo il tipo di carta adatto), resistente all'acqua, velocità di stampa molto elevata, fronte/retro molto affidabile, senza inceppamenti. Con il vantaggio dei costi delle cartucce, molto piu' bassi dei toner usati nelle stampanti laser, ad esempio la cartuccia originale Ricoh, nero da 2500 copie, si trova a meno di 25 €, con questi prezzi non ha senso usare cartucce compatibili. In definitiva, stampante adatta a chi cerca qualcosa di diverso dalle solite inkjet o dalle laser, molti hanno fatto recensioni negative, perché probabilmente non l'hanno capita fino in fondo, ma mi sento di consigliarla dopo queste dovute precisazioni.

Excellent value for money and all functions work as expected, I only gave this 4 stars as it is using gel ink which is still a relatively new method of print, only time will tell if it lasts, that being said it was a good bargain for the range of functions perfect for a small office environment.

I was almost set on buying a colour laser whne I discovered GelJet which looked a really cool technology. The reviews on this printer are rather mixed but broadly it seems wifi is the issue and it's a bit complicated to setup.I knew I was going to use Wifi (mine is connected via cat 5) and was confident I could handle any technical issues.Having had this printer a few months I can say it's the best printer I've ever owned and works perfectly.There are however a few issues one in getting SAMBA shares to work and the other in getting CUPS to print. Amazon is funny about postin g links however if these are causing you issues google the model name and eclectic-babble there are instruction there on what you need to.

invogliato dalla tanto decantata tecnologia GelJet, dal marchio professionale Ricoh, stanco delle solite Samsung ecc.. e dai giudizi più che lusinghieri su questi prodotti anche da alcuni commessi dei negozi di elettronica, ho deciso per questo acquisto.Infatti leggendo bene alcune pessime recensioni qui su Amazon, non posso che esserne d'accordo.Brevemente:interfaccia stampante pessimainterfaccia software pessimadriver per configurazione con PC (recente) con Windows 10 pessima, dopo mille tentativi non sono riuscito a far riconoscere driver di stampa e impossibile digitalizzare.non so come sono riuscito ad effettuare una stampa di una foto a colori (con i parametri standard), con un risultato che definire altamente scadente è dire poco, meno male che questa tecnologia dovrebbe garantire micro bolle di inchiostro ancora più piccole per immagini più dettagliate....Per finire, il giorno dopo non funzionava più e dava allarmi (vedi foto)....Praticamente un vero bidone!Devo invece fare i complimenti al servizio resi di Amazon che in 3 click, ripeto in 3 click, hanno accettato il reso senza batter ciglio, restituendomi tutti i soldi spesi senza nemmeno addebitarmi le spese di restituzione. La máquina es buena, y por ese precio muy interesante (con transporte me costó 211€). Pesa lo que no está escrito (18kg), y la caja es muy difícil de transportar por uno sólo. En calidad/precio puede ser la más interesante de su categoría.La interfaz de usuario no es tan intuitiva como te hacen creer (he tenido Brother, HP, Epson y Canon y son más intuitivas). Para ponerla en wifi (sí tiene) es más complejo de lo que parece, y en cualquier caso más de lo que me costó con las otras. Un consejo: Lo primero (a parte de cambiar el idioma si no controláis el inglés) es bajar el volumen del pitido, pues se hace muy pesado y estridente. ¡Y pita por todo!He impreso poco, pues la tengo sólo 1 día. La impresión es buena y rápida. A pesar de hacer limpieza de cabezales, en modo impresión, salían con rayas y muy granulada al principio. En modo copia salió algo mejor. Veremos si fue cosa de la foto, de los cartuchos nuevos, o de que va a ser siempre así.La compré sobre todo por la velocidad de copia, y que fuese en color también. En el video de la web se ve cómo imprime directamente con una pasada por las dos caras. ¡Incierto! Como cualquier dúplex imprime una cara, recupera el folio, e imprime la otra cara. De 29 páginas por minuto (2 segundos por cara) ni de broma. En modo duplex 10 caras (5 folios) en minuto y pico -con resolución baja (300 ppp) y sin fotos. De láser nada (he tenido). Rápida sí, pero no se acerca a las láser de toner.Viene con los cuatro cartuchos, aunque a media carga. Los recambios son muy caros, por lo que, como en el resto de impresoras, supongo que optaré por compatibles. ¡A ver cómo salen!Es compatible con OS, pero os recomiendo que vayáis a su web y, a través del apartado descarga de software, os descarguéis el último driver. Si no no va a funcionar bien. Por cierto, aún así, he tenido que reiniciar la máquina y el ordenador, con nueva instalación, para que vuelva a funcionarme. Nada que ver con la facilidad de OS para reconocer cualquier impresora en tu red wifi (no he tenido problemas con ninguna otra -salvo Brother, aunque una vez instalados los drivers no dieron ni medio problema). En OS no he podido ver la opción escáner.Si descargas la app (tanto IOS como Android) puedes imprimir -y más cosas- directamente desde el móvil. Eso está genial.Viene con distintos cd, uno de ellos el manual. Trae cuatro libros, en los que ninguno es el manual de usuario. Trae el Presto! Page Manager 9 SE, aunque yo nunca lo uso.De todas formas, sigo pensando que es buena compra, pues la calidad de impresión es muy decente, la velocidad es muy superior a las típicas de tinta, es wifi, dúplex, fax, los cartuchos parecen bastante generosos, seca rápido, se puede imprimir directamente desde el móvil y por precio es la más interesante para estas características.
