I’m all about stats and photos when reading reviews so here you go! 5’8, 165, muscular/curvy build.Love the fit of the large with pockets! Fits great, plenty of space/give, but fitted in butt which is flattering! Stretchy and soft, not thick, not thin. Not super spandex stretch, just enough. Not high waist - I’d say a true mid rise. Falls 2” below my belly button. Overall length is definitely on the shorter side for us taller girls but I think the side v-cut and length is flattering. I’m early-40’s…if I can rock it, you can too! Buy them…such a great price!

These shorts are perfect for working out! I wasn’t expecting a lot based on the price, but they’re made well and fit true to size.

These shorts are exactly what I was looking for for summer. They are perfect for lounging, pulling over a bathing suit, or running errands. I would not personally workout in these. The material is too heavy for running and they are too short for lifting, in my opinion. But that’s not what I bought them for. I bought them for throwing on in the summer and going about my day. I started with one pair, am up to 4 and will probably still buy more colors since they are inexpensive and I love them so much.Fit: the waist is on the looser side, which I love. You can tighten it with the drawstring, but it’s to have shorts that lay nicely at the waist without pinching or creating a roll. The legs cut up a little on the side in a way that is flattering to your legs and backside. I am 5’5 120 lbs and ordered a small.Color: I included pictures of two colors that were different from what I expected. In my opinion the black is more of a charcoal or heather black. That is what it looks like in the product picture and that is what I wanted, but I wanted to warn anyone who was hoping for true black. These are not. The camo print is a bit darker than I thought it would be but still nice.

Comfortable and fits perfect.My only issue is that the strings are lopsided and they’re both sewn into the back part of the shorts so it isn’t fixable. The length difference is significant to the point where I couldn’t tie the one side fully.5’0 & 130 lbs

Pros: My wife wears this very well. I bought several different colors. The cloth material is durable and has survived plenty of washes.Cons: Abit expensive during the time I bought these.

I just came back to buy my fourth and fifth, and realized that I’ve never left a review for these shorts that I’ve become loyal to.I HATE wearing clothes around the house. I was raised a Florida Girl: barefoot in swimsuits pretty much 24/7. Proper garb with a bra and fitted pants are just stifling. These are the perfect solution for lounging around the house in something more socially acceptable than just undies and a tank. Throw on a stretchy sports bra and you’re practically ready for a Queen’s Reception.They’re super comfy, thick knit without being hot, don’t ride up nor slouch from being stretched out. Classic thick jersey.I can sit around, do chores, and even sleep in them just fine. They’re are on the short booty-short side, and I’m old, so it’s not like I’d go out in them. If I was fit and young,still defying gravity, I would absolutely wear them out because they’re sporty and cute.I buy these in an XL which are probably slightly too big for my waist and hips, but they cover my ample bottom, won’t give my a UTI from being too tight, and the drawstring cinches them to the perfect size. They don’t shrink in the wash, and hold up from repeat wear. I think the next size down wouldn’t be comfortable and wouldn’t be flattering.I have the older ones without pockets, and am going to stick to this style. I like the idea of pockets, but don’t require them for my use, and don’t want to chance buying them and being disappointed with a slightly different cut. I’ve purchased other shorts by this brand previously, with and without pockets, and have been very disappointed with the fabric, shrinkage, and cut / fit. I’m super happy with these, so if it ain’t broke… buy more.

I bought one of these about 3 yrs ago in a whim and they ended up being my favorite comfy shorts! Now they have even more colors to choose from and POCKETS!!! I bought 4 more. They are well made and hold up very well over time. Colors are true to the pictures. Fit is true to size. I'm 5'4" 120lbs and I got the medium. I could probably get the small, but I didn't want them to be snug.

I really like the look of these shorts. The pattern and fit is very nice and flattering and the material is nice. I’m 5’8 and 170lbs with an hourglass figure, and ordered a large as per the sizing chart. Before I tried them on, I suspected they’d be a little big, and I was right. They would have been ok if I wanted a baggier fit, but I want something a little more form fitting. I’m returning these and will order a medium because I do like them.

These shorts are a soft cotton material and have a super flattering cut. Fit exactly as expected and as I wanted.To the Canadians leaving negative reviews over the price tag, these are $15 USD! That works out to roughly $20-ish Canadian at the moment. Take taxes into account and the fact that these are shipped from Michigan and the price is accurate. You can always order directly from Colosseum but most of these colours are not available and shipping is $10 USD.
