Second Jansite camera I have had. First I used on a dispatch van for over 3 years without an issue. I recently got a new "older" van without any of the parking cameras, sensors and other toys in modern cars. So I opted for another of these cameras in the now upgraded version. Works well and I use it as a full time live rear view mirror.

Great item and works really well in my MGF which had pants rear visibility, hood up or down.I looked at all the options before choosing this and the main draw was it fitting over the mirror to avoid cluttering the upmasports car interior with tech. The mirror screen is not very heavy, but the car mirror will move a bit with the added weight. I would have liked to be able to mount the camera upside down and flip on the screen like some others, but can live with it. Rear view is reversed as it would be looking in a mirror. The main thing for the older of us with failing near vision to consider is... when you use a mirror, your eyes focus on the object not the mirror, but with this you have to focus on the screen... takes some getting used to and conscious focusing! Overall though, very pleased, and very quick to install.Currently powering from cigar lighter socket, but will hardwire in the near future.

For the cost very impressed. Worked fine, great image , simple to use , no messing about with phone apps and wifi.if you want to keep an important image just take out the mem card and slot in your pc make copy. Plug back in and ready to go. I read reviews as some saying dangerous as the image was reversed and you cant flip/reverse it through the settings, this is true as i found out as i fitted to a car that already had a camera fitted but all was needed was to cut a optional wire on my existing camera and it worked ok image was reversed and no longer dangerous.

Great product and very useful for motorhomes

I recently purchased the Jansite reverse camera and invested hours into its installation, hoping to enhance my driving experience with added safety. However, my excitement quickly turned into frustration as I discovered a critical flaw in the design.The primary issue with this camera is its inability to flip the image, rendering it practically unusable. After completing the installation process, I was shocked to find that the display on the screen showed everything in reverse. This defeats the purpose of having a reverse camera, as it makes maneuvering incredibly confusing and unsafe.The absence of a simple flip feature is a significant oversight on the part of Jansite. It's disappointing that a seemingly basic functionality, present in most other reverse cameras, was overlooked in the design of this product. I expected a reliable and user-friendly device, but unfortunately, that's not what I received.Moreover, the lack of a flip option severely limits the camera's effectiveness, making it fall short of its intended purpose. I now find myself questioning the practicality of keeping this camera installed in my vehicle, considering the safety risks associated with its current configuration.I strongly advise potential buyers to carefully consider this drawback before purchasing the [Brand Name] reverse camera. As it stands, I cannot recommend this product due to its fundamental flaw. It's disheartening to invest time and money into a product only to find out that a basic feature has been overlooked.I hope Jansite addresses this issue in future product releases to provide a better experience for their customers. Until then, I regretfully cannot endorse this reverse camera.

all function is good and doing what it does, just only the mirror too dark as usual,light reflection is not enough for the rear mirroring.

Bought two of these for my kid's. Apparently easy to connect. Nice quality footage.

It's a great dash can to have. The camera is clear and is simple to install
