Oral-B Pro 7000 SmartSeries Electric Toothbrush with Bluetooth Connectivity, Black (Packaging May Vary)

I had a old Oral B professional x nearly 10 years one speed only. It works still but is much slower now more likeca manual.Oral B 7000 with either smart clock timer and mode display.Oral b synced well handle with app or timer.Would prefer the mode to display on handle must use timer or ap to know for sure.Did use coupon so 100 dollars.Nice black case prefer no usb on a case where water is present.8000v9000 have usbDo not want to suspend smartphone by a suction cup on mirror and detection of postion from other notes is less than accurate per other users .Save 38 dollars get the 7000.Save 10 more with 6000 .Rinse after use irrigate brush head and dry is water proof others said about corrosion my 10 year old Oral B is still working just weak now very weak so I replaced the 50 dollar unit over 10 years.This is made in the USA .Hope this helps someone as a first impression.Second impression1. More advice on sync between handle, smart clock, and use of application instead of clock.2. Cycle between 6 modes in smart clock3. Did not use smartphone instead of smart clock but probably the same but in a wet environment?4. Really 6 modes is 6 speeds ironicaly my old 10 year was in sensitive mode or massage mode but also stop mode so replaced good service 5 dollars per year of use. Good investment at age 67 have 31 healthy teeth.5. Consider how much a cleaning cost this is the cost of one dental DDS appointment for a healthy mouth which extends to other infections in your body risk in heart disease if neglected.6. Not really that loud consider the oscillate and vibration needed.7. Handle easy to clean with travel case too.made in Germany correction.8. I am not returning but process seems long original box etc but within 60 days .9. Choose based on number of speeds or modes needed to be simple.10. Bluetooth does add value.11. Retricting or shut down on mode program is over the top i just want to cycle between modes and not shut down when i enroll in a program.12. Rare for red light to activate let handle do the work light touch only spinning and vibrating enough on its own.13. Sync issues use mode to sync but usually remove from charger and bluetooth sync s be sure your BT is on first in smartphone then follow prompts on phone but start brushing is a verbal prompt do not press is automatically connected just wait for handle to sync with smartphone at top..Complex just brushing but documents time and your sequence with flossing and mouthwash.7000 is a good balance bottom line cleans well cycle thru all 6 modes in 3 minutes feel dental refreshing floss rinse Healthy gums and teeth .Perhaps less models better PG Braun price points more FAQ price range from 89 to 200 plus mine was over100 with coupons but not the Genius level . Handles are different but a better idea to have 6 modes on handle but smart guide clock has the cycle pictured.After nearly a week, cleaner healthier direction. Smart guide clock stops in tongue mode if you reach the programed time of 2 min regular clean then goes back to reset diamond clean c + is set for 3 minutes. Just data accuracy on timing per mode needed but expect if you cycle thru 6 modes which I need with gum recession per DDS do not spend 45 sec per quadrant keep moving no parking in quadrant zone so not programmed to count this way no setting to be elected just the order of 6 modes . 7000 is last years model perhaps genesis has this along with modes all pictured on handle. 100 dollars was my limit.PG can produce a TB handle that is the same for all models include lithium battery too.Overall a good buy for better dental health. If i had a powerful brush like this 50 years ago would not have the fillings, root canals , receding gums, extractions , etc saved a lot on dental care . Today dental health corelates with other health risks cardiac , nutrition , digestion etc Buy 6000, 7000, or Genesis.I am a fan for oral b products. I do not work for PG a health care professional .Good reliable product .

By far best toothbrush I've ever owned. First high end electric one as well. The only ones I've ever used are the cheap ones where you have to change batteries. First time I used it I could feel a huge difference. And see a huge difference. For the first time ever, I could see through the tiny little spaces of my front teeth because they weren't clogged with plaque. I've never been able to do that with a regular toothbrush before. Only the dentist could get them cleaned up that well, and then this toothbrush just came through on my first use just totally brushed it all away. My mouth seriously felt like I had just gone to the dentist to get my teeth cleaned and it feels amazing. I don't even brush my teeth with this one anymore. It also has a light on it that will light up red when you are brushing too hard just in case which I've noticed goes off a lot when I'm in a hurry and trying to brush really fast. It's easy to notice. The toothbrush will also decrease the power of the brush when you do brush too hard to help prevent damage to your gums. The travel case it comes with is super nice and sturdy so you don't have to worry about the toothbrush or your brushes getting crushed in your luggage. If you do travel a lot, you'll also be glad to know that the toothbrush last forever on a single charge.I use Crest 3D white toothpaste for about three months with this toothbrush and the result is significantly difference! Not only that I have been brushing smarter, but I also floss every day to maintain my bright smile. Thankfully, this is one of the best investment for my oral health.The instructions say to fully discharge the battery once every six months to help preserve it's longevity and when I did it, it took over two weeks for the battery to die, and I brush twice a day. The brush heads are super durable. They're plenty soft enough so it's not uncomfortable but they also last way longer than a regular toothbrush does. I've been using the same two heads now for eight months and they still look almost brand new. Absolutely no smashed or frayed bristles and they still clean super good. The instructions recommend changing the brush heads every 3-4 months but I don't see why you should when they still look brand new after eight months of use. The only bad thing is that I never really use the bluetooth feature. The app is nice but I don't think very many people will really find it useful or have the dedication to use it consistently every time you brush. Most people don't want to have to whip out their phone and turn on bluetooth then open the app every time they brush their teeth. If Oral-B has a brush that cleans just as well as this one does but without bluetooth for less of the cost, I would have gone with that one. That being said, I'm not sure if they do actually have one that does clean as well as this one, or if they do have one that is just like it but without the bluetooth, but if they do, that would be my recommendation for anyone looking to get one. The bluetooth feature just isn't really all that great. Overall though, it's an awesome product and I'm happy with my purchase.
