Ordered this prior to listing our home, buried him upside down in front of the for sale sign facing the street as instructed. We had invested a fair amount into our home prior to listing to increase marketability and were selling during a turning point in the market.I said this prayer so many times a day and prayed to Saint Joseph for the perfect buyer. So, i am not one to believe in the supernatural or however you want to characterize it, but I had my home for sale with little activity and someone suggested I try a St. Joseph Statue! I literally said what is it?I reluctantly bought this and buried in the front yard, next to the for sale sign and the very next couple to tour the house made an offer (I am not blowing smoke, true story) After closing I dug it up, cleaned it, and it sits on a shelf in my new home.

St. Joseph answered our prayers, and hopes.Our parents built our home. We were concerned of it being demolished or totally renovated after it were sold. Though it has been updated with minor renovations, it has been restored.I do wish the statue would have been wooden as I thought the description said. It's plastic.Nevertheless, a blessing.
