Fun, solid and effective
Really solid and quite a nice object. The slightly sandpaper effect to the standing platform adds stability; I find it easier to use barefoot. I’m an older person seeking to improve my balance and quite frankly my ability to balance both on two and on one leg has approved after a week of 5 minutes a day, not by much but never these it’s encouraging. My Pilates teacher noted to change! Quite daunting at first but fun, and I think safe; you can’t fall far.

Only use it on a carpet or mat. Slides dangerously on a smooth floor.
It needs a sticker saying only use it on carpet or a secure mat. If used on a smooth floor it is very dangerous. I ended up in hospital after a heavy fall on my first attempt at using it. It just skids away from you and is impossible to control. The actual product otherwise and delivery were fine.
