These brackets are just kind of meh. If I was shopping for side steps and mounts again, I would look for something different.Pros:1. Comes with all hard ware required.2. Also comes with self tapping screws if for any reason your factory mounts are unavailable.Cons1. The bolts provided for the factory mounts are too large. Had to make a trip to Lowe's to get a size smaller bolt that works with factory holes. This was on a 2008 GMC Sierra 2500 HD.2. Visually flex under weight of 175 lbs.3. These mount do not flush mount the steps against the truck. There is a very noticeable two inch gap between bottom of the truck and the step rail.
