Great table salt alternative, but not for cooking
Great table salt replacement, emphasis on table salt. Tastes exactly like salt when sprinkled on already cooked food. That said, I would not recommend cooking with it, as, when it's heated I have noticed a very strong chemical taste that ruins dishes. I use half sodium salt instead for cooking.

Taste good, but check for meds conflict....
I'm still giving this a 5 star because it actually does taste like regular salt. HOWEVER, if you take blood pressure pills, make sure that it is safe to take with those pills. My meds were not safe to take with this because it is potassium.

Great flavor
This product was a good choice for me as a replacement for regular salt. The sodium free salt helped to add flavor to my meals.

Accept no substitute!
Everybody has too much sodium in their diet, not just those of us with hypertension. This stuff is amazing. Obviously pricy compared to regular salt, but how much do you use, and what's your health worth. I've tried it on and in everything, including bread, cakes, and cookies. Recipes for baked goods are notoriously sensitive to modification, but it works perfectly. The one exception is eggs. For some reason, this stuff tasted horrible on scrambled eggs. Go figure! But now I look for low or no salt versions of everything, especially broth for soup, and replace the missing sodium with potassium, which many of us don't get enough of anyway (but it is possible to get too much!)

Good source of potassium
I don't use this as salt substitute. I use it as a source of potassium. If you ever start a keto diet you may get the "keto flu" which is a mild discomfort when you are transitioning from glucose to fat burning. This is because of a temporary loss of electrolytes; potassium, magnesium, sodium and calcium. A little of this combination helps a lot and kicks the fat burning in gear. Cheaper than electrolyte drinks.

pass on this one.
this is the worst salt alternative out of the ones i tried nusalt no salt and morton salt substitute, The best is No salt the original, i find also using some lemon juice white vinigar and optional lime makes it taste better when adding it to wet foodts like tomato gravy and such. but when its something ur gonna dry up or bake or fry it does good . but the no salt brand is the best .the container for these dont even close good it spills out i regret the purchase but i was testing to see which was the best.
