I’m currently on my third Evenup, and I can’t overstate how much this product has helped me. I’ve walked about 75–100 miles in each unit, mostly outdoors on unpaved roads, uneven terrain, and the occasional rainy, muddy mess. The construction is surprisingly sturdy and holds up well for most of its life. However, once significant wear sets in, the last 10 miles go fast. I recommend replacing it at the first sign of major deterioration to avoid having to walk on a broken one.I’m recovering from a distal 5th metatarsal fracture and still working full-time on my feet, in a walking boot, for 10+ hours a day. The Evenup has been crucial for keeping me balanced and preventing the hip, back, and knee strain that comes from walking unevenly. It hasn’t made me faster, but it’s made walking possible, and that alone has kept me from falling into a sedentary spiral and getting fat again like I did after a past injury.This product quite literally kept me moving, working, and sane. It may not last forever, but it’s worth every penny.

I was on crutches and wearing a walking boot which tends to be higher than a regular shoe. I did not wait until I was off crutches like some do when they are walking in the boot. I bought this while on the crutches as i was beginning to heal and putting my foot down more.It was a perfect fit for my shoe. Use the Size chart provided to make sure you are getting the correct size for the show you are wearing. They even tell you how to measure your shoe.There are different thickness options and height options by using the included pads in different combinations. It definitely made a difference for me with any hip pain when I would stand to put weight on both feet, my legs were even and hips were even. There wasn't any strain on my back when I was able to stand at the sink and wash dishes without the crutches.This is a great quality, the straps stayed on tightly and didn't slip. The bottom is constructed to last, it didn't wear down or split at all. The straps stretched easily over my shoe.

Works well. Helps you to walk more “normally” when wearing a walking boot. I am no longer slanting down on my left side which I was doing before I received my Even Up. And very grateful to the person who invented this and grateful to the doctor’s office that informed me of this product. It is a 10 out of 10. What is really lovely is that it will work with any shoe it’s easy to put on and take off I love that there’s two layers of foam so if the two layers together seem to be too much you can pop off the top layer or you can add it back it depending on which shoe you are choosing to wear.

So far so good 👍, it's a little too tall but better than a little too short. I found out that I actually have 1 leg an inch too short. I started wearing the heel inserts and my back pain went away. Only problem with them is that they only lift my heel and now my toes are getting scrunched up and hurting. 1" full inserts make my shoes too small so put the lifts on the OUTSIDE!These were easy to slip on the shoe, and work great! Although they can slip around on my shoe but I think if I add some Alien tape it'll stop.

This was a great purchase! Having to wear a boot for two months - having the Evenup worked wonders. I was able to adjust the height needed for balance when wearing different shoes. Being able to walk evenly sved a lot of, what could have been, discomfort on my back and hips.

Ended up with one leg quite a bit shorter than the other after hip surgery, and it was so uncomfortable to walk. It was also hard to do many of my exercises. My physical therapist recommended these and I’m so glad I got them. It fits great on my tennis shoe. It feels so good to be able to walk straight again. Also great to be able to have different heights, so I can adjust as my leg heals. It’s easy to put on and take back off, but I decided to just order an order a second one for my other shoes.Please make them in more colors!

This shoe lift appears a bit clunky, but it improves leg length balance and is very sturdy. I vote for comfort over style! I have a significant leg length discrepancy due to surgery. This shoe lift has been invaluable for helping me regain a normal walking stride. The rubber is tougher than it looks and holds up extremely well.

The product works to help balance out the other leg when using a walking boot or when you need an additional support for unbalanced hips. The reason for 4 stars is due to catching my foot on the tip of the toes. The product started to come unglued and if I didn’t pick my foot up correctly, I would catch the front of the toe area and stumble a little. Good product, just wished it stayed together a little better.
