Very Good Value and Quality D3
D3 is definitely at the top of every list of recommended vitamins to take. It is certainly an vitamin, one of the most important for many health reasons. There are all different dosages available in stores and online, so it's hard to know which one to choose. I decided to purchase one in the middle range at 2000 IU. It seems to work good for me. I have suffered no bad side effects. I like taking it in the evening along with magnesium and B6. The Carlyle brand seems to be of very high quality. The bottle contains 400 softgels for a good price. That's a lot of value for your money. The softgels go down easily, and I have nothing bad to say. If you are looking for 2000 IU of D3, I would definitely recommend this brand.

Pretty bottle
I’m feeling less tired taking vitamin D and I haven’t had any side effects whatsoever from any of the Carlyle supplements I’ve been taking. The bottles are all pretty and this one is especially pretty. Their prices are good and I’ve read good things about the company online.

Affordable and effective - Confirmed with Vitamin D blood test
I can confirm that this brand works! My mom is taking 2000iu once a day during the weekdays and 4000iu during the weekends. She recently took a blood test and she is in normal range. It’s an easy to open flip-top lid. Clumsy me dropped the bottle a few times and the pills flew everywhere. Wish the lid was more secure. I bought it in July 2022 and my bottle’s expiration date is April 2025. It says it was packaged and lab tested in the USA. The softgel is smallish and easy to swallow. Overall, I am happy with this product. It's affordable and effective. My only complaint/concern (besides the lid) is: why does it stink? That seems to be normal for Vitamin D3 softgels since Target had the same odor.————-*Update/Edit* - May 2023It looks like they changed the size of their softgels. It is smaller. That is great. It also feels firmer. Not sure if being firmer or softer makes any difference but thankful that it got smaller. I contacted the company (just to be safe) and they confirmed with me that slight variations in size and color will occur during manufacturing.

Good price
Economic but the soft gels tend to clump together. I routinely shake the bottle.
