Item came broken into many pieces.

True peppermint oil flavor. I use these all year, breaking off a chunk to flavor a cup of cocoa or just to suck on when I have a sore throat.

My candy canes were shipped in a paper envelope mailer. Five of them were completely destroyed in shipping. I would’ve thought these expensive candy canes would’ve been properly boxed for shipment.

I absolutely love Hammond candy canes and had to resort to ordering online because they could not be found anywhere in my area. Order 2 boxes of 6 packs total of 12 candy canes. When arrived, one pack of 6 was perfect, the other all but one of the candy canes were broken. The shipping box was not damaged in any way and find it hard to believe that if the transport was rough then both packs should have been broken. The candy canes in the broken box looked as though they were already broken before shipment. There was a lot of powdery sugar residue inside the individual packages, and the coloring of candy was not the usual cream and deep red. It was obvious the product was defective and not up to standard. Very disappointed.

Every Christmas I purchase several of these monsters to share with the kids and especially with the wife. They are the best tasting canes around, with great traditional flavoring. But, you do shell out a chunk of change to get them. They’re really well wrapped to protect them in transit.If you’re used to the big name mass-marketed canes, maybe start with a minimal order to see if you can step up to the big leagues in size and flavor. It’s a lot of cane. 4 out of 5 due to cost, and after all, it IS only candy.

The best candy cains I’ve ever had! Product was not broken at all.
