Great taste with health benefits
Difficult to find in stores. I’m thankful Amazon has it online! Soft texture & loaded with dried fruit. I enjoy mixing it into my Greek yogurt. Highly recommend for the taste & health benefits.

Mild almost neutral flavor - NOT RANCID
I’m very happy with this - mild, pleasant flavor. I use it with oatmeal to add fiber. I had previously bought Badia Organic ground flaxseed (because it was cheap) as the first I’d ever tried, and it was very RANCID tasting and smelling. I wondered if that was normal and if is NOT.

Yummy Way to Consume Flaxseed
Two tablespoons of ground flaxseed daily helps keep my blood pressure down. The mixed berry bits really pop. Flavorful little zaps of berries brighten my morning oatmeal, apple sauce or yogurt.

Poor expiration stamp, great product.
I love this product, but how am I supposed to know what the expiration date is on this bag? That’s why I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars.
