Is this a creamy product?

These are all powders. The non-glitter colors are more soft/creamy then the heavy glitter ones.

Can you wet this and use as an eye liner like their other eye shadows? I love that feature!

Yes it can be used wet and for a wing liner sure, haven't tried under eye.

Is this considered all natural?

i am not sure, but I love all of their products!
