JAKCOM N3 is the latest version of smart nails and uses near function communication (NFC) to operate. This NFC technology is compatible with Android and iOS platforms, however, iPhones must be iPhone XS and later. The NFC chip is equipped with unique cloud services so that an app is not required for programming. Each chip can be programmed differently and you can switch functions at any time. The NFC nail chip is readable and writeable and can perform the following functions: - share your contact card - share a URL - file share - send your location - send an SOS text to specified contacts To install, polish the nail, attach the chip with nail glue, and then apply the nail polish. This can be used with both gel nail polish and regular nail polish. It is recommended to choose a finger with a relatively flat nail surface and a small arch, such as a thumb for easier installation.

My iPhone won’t always pick it up kind of annoying not worth the $16. I can program it with NFC apps but from a locked iPhone screen doesn’t work and I have the 12 pro max

I thought that the reviews were of people who put a heavy polish or something but no it doesn't work at all even before applying any polish.
