I have quite a few things that I need to plug in during different seasons. Whether it's water dishes for outside animals in the winter or seasonal inflatables for the holidays, and this makes running all those very easy. Easy to read dials for the settings, seems to be very sturdy, would buy this again.

This is a great product. The instructions to program it are easy to follow. I use it to turn on and off my Christmas lights during the holiday season. The case is perfect to protect the electrical connections from rain. I typically place it outside during the holiday season and it been through a few rain storms.

Got one big quirk otherwise so far it’s great. The cover will work just fine with indoor cords however a cover not important. Def not for outdoor cords which is why a cover is important. Outdoor cords are much heavier. They have these collapsible tiny doors on the bottom for the cords to exit the unit and keep the cover closed. There’s absolutely no way. Exterior cords do not bend at the sharp angle to access and exit. So now I have a plastic bag over the top to keep it waterproof since the doors wide open. Also keep in mind altho there are 6 outlets depending on your plug size you’re not fitting 6 cords in there either.

*** update to my previous review: changing from 1 to 5 stars. After I charged (left plugged in) for 24 hours, instead of the 3 hours listed in the directions, it magically started working properly. The timer now turns on and off at the programmed times. I found it originally a little difficult to switch from manual to auto mode but with some ingenuity I got it to the Auto mode. It now works perfectly and I highly recommend.**The item was shipped and delivered fast and seemed to be just what I wanted. Unfortunately two months later I am trying to use it (I purchased in August on sale specifically to use in late November for holiday decorations) and the timer function just doesn’t work no matter what trouble shooting I try. I followed the instructions carefully and everything is set up perfectly and it should automatically turn the lights on at 4:00pm then off at 11:58 pm. But the timer function will not work. So what I’m left with is an expensive regular extension cord. The return window closes one month after purchase. My bad for not programming and trying it out right away.

This is exactly what we needed and the timer works well. My only complaint is that the box isn't quite deep enough for larger plugs. You won't be able to use them on anything like inflatables or anything with a larger plug. We have one set of lights and 2 extension cords plugged into ours and the door just can't quite close around the extension cords. They are just standard single plug ones, nothing fancy. We had to buy a little lock to hold the box closed. Other than that, it's been good so far.
