Tons of fun AND Science! 😁
Big fun for youngster BUT safety 1st! Can launch those 2 litres very high if you pickup some add-on fins.

Water Rocket
I bought both the rocket and optional fins. Don't buy one without the other. With the fins this rocket has a smooth, straight upward trajectory that appears to exceed 100 feet. With the fins the rocket begins to tumble early in its upward trajectory, which severely limits it's height. DO NOT buy this rocket for your kid to be used without adult supervision, and don't buy it if you are planning on using it in a backyard in town. You will never see it again after it's maiden flight. It reaches serious height. The pressure relief valve (a necessary safety feature) works exactly as it was intended, so with constant close adult supervision I would feel comfortable letting a preteen use it. Although it appears a bit pricy for a "toy", this rocket is well-designed and built with quality materials, so well worth the price.u

Packaging and Accessory
A couple of very small broken plastic pieces in the parts bag. Looks like 2 of eight clips from INSIDE the leg attachment. How would inside clips get broken?. I am gluing the legs so I am not returning it as it will be solid. One O ring was loose on the parts bag. 2 were in a small bag also in the parts bag. Directions could be a bit better as with most things- it points to the rocket base and says O-Ring. A wasted launch later I realized it needs TWO o rings. The one that was already on the launcher and one of the 3 that were supplied. Once assembled properly it really really launched WELL. Worked great. The nosecone that is supposed to hold the parachute ACCESSORY absolutely topples off at the slightest provacation. I think we can get enough landings without breaking the legs or design a better cone. So far so good. kids love it

Fun!
Great endless fun. Younger get kids will need supervision. Best used in grass so it doesn’t tip over and launch at someone.

Works as advertised
We used these for our middle school science class. We got a total of 95 launches out of each launcher with no issues. They still seem fine and we plan in using them next year. The ground stake got deformed after many launches so you might want to grab a few extras. We found that adding vasoline to the o-ring every 4-5 launches helped keep them intact. Overall very happy.

Results vary.
Best part was making kids figure out the best ratio of water to air in the bottle and how much to pump the air up. They figured it out quickly. Adults took a turn too.

A Blast….literally!
It gets really hot in Arizona and I love holding onto this bottle, rocket launcher with my own hands and being sprayed with the water as it shoots very high. My family loves running around the yard trying to catch the bottle as it comes tumbling down from the sky. Always a hit at a party! We’ve been using them for years and it’s amazing how rugged they are! Highly recommended.

Broken Pressure Release Valve
Bought this for the boys for Christmas and left it in the box waiting till warmer weather to use it. We were excited to test it out, but after multiple attempts to pressure it up, found that although the pressure relief valve was made out of brass in the handle, it was screwed into super cheap plastic that was cracked, rendering the product completely unusable. I used some epoxy/resin and tried to plug and repair it, but after two launches it was broken again and due to the no returns after 30 days of purchase policy, $40 went down the drain. Super disappointed and wouldn’t recommend ordering, especially if you intend on waiting to use it longer than 30 days.
