This was my first time installing a new light fixture and it was way easier than I anticipated. Hardest thing is that it is on the ceiling and your arms get sore. But it looks amazing! I would recommend warm white bulbs - it looks way cozier - the daylight bulbs are too white and look like a hospital, but I am so happy with this and would recommend it.

Updated July 2023, after 3 items purchased & differences?
UPDATED 7/13/23 - I ended up getting two more of these but encountered issues on arrival. the issue was primarily fit. used on the same exact type ceiling light fixtures as the first purchase, however none of the new ones fit over the light bulbs? turns out the 1st sent was 15" while the 2nd & 3rd fixtures were both 12"?be forewarned the 12" size is too small for most types of light bulbs. besides that the size difference and types of glass bits used means they look nothing like each other and not in a good way. the 1st fixture was great however the 2nd & 3rd ones not so much.until they figure out what they're selling and put out accurate product descriptions I'd steer clear of these glass covers.Original review - i wanted to replace an old cheap glasscover on one of our ceiling lights. i thought this would look better and be simple to put up using the existing hardware.on arrival the first thing i noticed was how much more vibrant the colors were. i found no quality defects whatsoever. it comes with the hardware for a complete 'new' installation e.g. wires, sockets, etc. as said i did not need that part. i simply unscrewed the old glass and put up the new in just a couple minutes time.it looks nice and i have no complaints. the only issue i encountered was that the angle of the glass curve was such that i had to purchase smaller bulbs that wouldn't bump into the glass. that was not due to this item but my old light fixture.otherwise i am very happy with this glass and would purchase again if needed.

Beautiful lights
I ordered 4 of these light. They arrive much quicker than expected. I installed them the day I received them, As mentioned by others, I did need to by new crossbars for mounting them. They are a bit flimsy and you need to be careful handling them during installation. When I turned the lights on, WOW, they look great. I would recommend these lights!
