Are these OK to store liquids in the freezer? I plan to freeze bone broth and vegetable broth in one-serving size

I wouldn't. These are incredibly flimsy, and liquids expand in the freezer. I have no doubt, based on how easily they are warped by heat, that they would crack/split under pressure from expanding liquids in the freezer. Additionally, you'd need to chill down your broth in a separate container before pouring into these. Even really hot tap water can warp/melt these.

Is the jar material very thin and flimsy?

No, it’s a nice sturdy plastic jar.

Can I buy a pump dispenser to fit this jar?

I'm sure you could. The circumference is 110rm just to make sure it's compatible
