These work really well… even just taking one rather than the recommended dose of 3. BUT in the last six months the price has jumped by 50%, which is unfortunate. I’ll have to use something else then. Fortunately my BP has come down significantly just through KETO, so I really don’t need them that much anymore. Pine bark is another option fyi.

Just came from the Doctor's yesterday. I was wondering/hoping if I would see any progress in my blood pressure. 5 minutes after the doctor's assistant taken my vitals, recorded it, the doctor came in. Waited a month to review for results. For the cost pretty neglible results. One of the capsules, maybe two, had come apart so when opening the bottle a smell distasteful to me was evident and a fine powder comes out when shaking out pills. The reason I know it broke apart is the empty half capsule was found. If you have gerd or are affected by the taste you may not be able to use. I have to swallow fast with ice cold water to get them down and then they repeat on me. It was an experiment and may work better for some but don't think I will order again.

Been struggling with high BP for years. Usually in the 130-145/95-ish. Wanted to get into a healthy range without having to go on medication.
