Will It Fit To normal/big adult head 56-60?

It will fit an average male adults head. I’m 6ft and it fits mine.

Can I fit a straw in it to drink water?

I don't think so. Though I haven't tried either.

Is there enough room to wear a voice changer and the helmet?

Honestly, I don't know. I wish I could find the voice changer. However, for me, the helmet fits very snug. But it's a much better helmet than what comes with the whole costume. If I can get the link to the voice changer, I'll buy it and let you know. Good luck
