Bosch Heavy Duty Drill for concrete stopped working in 2 months.
I purchased this heavy duty drill for concrete. I trusted bosch, even though too costly, it stop working while drilling concret with bad burnt smell in just 2 months.After that I approach service center to claim warranty.It is very difficult to claim warranty, now everything is online, but still service center torture me to submit hard copy & blaming me for not using proper drill bit, which made this damage. Bosch & their service will blame you instead of accepting that their tools are substandard quality now.Previously Bosch tools were of good quality.Most of the dead components are not coming under warranty, for that I have to pay nearly 3K which is more than 50% of the cost of drill. Here warranty is joke.It's better to purchase Chinese made drill which atleast last more than 2 months(more than Bosch lasted) by paying less amount.
