When. I got the product a small piece had fallen off mostly. I managed to make it work though. I did notice they used cheap staple gun like nails to hold it together.Other then that, this house looks like the picture and is a great size! My hamster loves it and uses it as a bedroom! I'd definitely recommend it if you are wanting a natural looking hamster cage!

It was rather small for my hamster, he didn’t like it much. It’s a better fit for dwarfs.

Overall I think this is a great house, my fancy mice love it! I just recently had to soak it to get their scent off due to adding more. Which just made the glue come out more and make it a little less sturdy. I would recommend to only spray it with a vinegar/water solution to clean. Other than that it fits my 2 fancy mice nicely. I would but this again in a heart beat. Just don’t like how the glue is visible.

It’s a very nice little house and our rat is have a great time chewing it but it is too small for him to get inside.

It's lasted a long time even though he likes to chew on it to grind his teeth. Sirius is happy, so I'm happy. I was worried it would be too small for him, but the just grabs it, flips it upside down, and lays in it so I mean, I don't think the animals care that it's meant to be a human house shape for a reason. They kinda do what they want, and that's fine. (':

I sent this to my mom for mothers day and her pet mouse actually uses it !! Her and her mouse are over the moon with it !!!
