Can the seller please confirm that this is the "old" blonde Glimmersticks color of B04?

It is the new True Color Glimmersticks. The "old" B04 style was replaced by Avon with the True Color a couple of years ago.

The color is good. It creates a soft color brow that is not as stark as other products. (I have almost no brows of my own.) I preferred Avon's previous pencil product (also blonde) but those appear to be discontinued.

Is this avon or fmg brand?

I pretty sure it is Avon. I used mine up and now they cost so much not sure I will order again. At least Avon use to have sales you could afford them.
