Okay obviously it's a replacement case, not a whole fob, it's $7. If only they'd read the description... I have been fighting with my aging decrepit fob for the past 2 years, and I wish I'd known about this before now. I literally had adhesive tape on my fob holding it closed. In approximately 5 seconds I moved the circuit board or whatever you call it to the new fob case and clicked it shut. Unbelievably simple, and it's so pretty and clean and new! Works perfectly! There was a second set of buttons in the packaging, to accommodate reversed lock/unlock button layout. I didn't need that for mine but I'm betting somebody needs to know that option is available. This is literally the best thing I bought myself all year. I'm still laughing at myself for not thinking of this for the last 2 years Lol

Cheap and easy option if you have a working key fob but the casing is cracked or falling apart. Just put the circuit board from the original fob into this shell to make it like new again. Perfect fit for my vehicle.

Key fob shell for my 2010 Kia Forte broke. The circuit board from it fit this replacement shell perfectly. There are very minor differences from the original, but nothing that affects fit or function. As long as your original functions (check the batteries first if it doesn't), this is cheaper than replacing the whole fob, and easier than programming a new one.

Exterior of the case looked exactly like my Kia Rondo key fob, but the interior was completely different and wouldn't fit the electronics from the old fob.
